We switched to AAH when we decided to start traveling in our RV. Our other vet would not work with us while traveling, and AAH was glad to take over. They are located pretty close to our home so it's convenient to get to them. Their facility is fairly new in comparison to other vets in the area. They have a full-service facility for veterinary treatment, with the exception of boarding. They also have an online website for medicine/food/etc. that is available, but we haven't used that yet. We've had a few emergencies and they have been great about working us into their schedule with short notice. They also listen to our concerns and take good care of our two dogs. They have friendly front desk staff as well as caring vet techs who handle our dogs gently. They are good about following up with us after a procedure to make sure our dog(s) are doing ok. We would definitely recommend Antelope Animal Hospital to others. read more

We've had to take both of our dogs there in emergency instances 3 times over the last couple of months. When most vets are a week or more out on appointments and recommended an emergency clinic, Antelope animal hospital got us in on the same day. They are very honest and didn't recommend unnecessary sedation or treatment plans. I've been talking my dogs to Antelope Animal Hospital since Dr. Toniolli started practicing in Syracuse. All the vets and staff are very knowledgeable and treat your pets as if they were there own. They are the only vet clinic I've seen with so much rehabilitation equipment including a water treadmill, very impressive. I had English Bulldog that was born with his ankle joints fused. All the staff was accommodating by not lifting him onto a table, instead they examined him on the floor. I've taken 4 dogs to Antelope Animal Hospital over the years. Every visit a great experience with fair pricing. My current dog IZZY gets excited and happy for every visit. I highly recommend to everyone. read more

I called a few places around town and most were booked out a few weeks. Luckily Antelope Animal Hospital had a opening for a big German Shepherd within the week. When I dropped him off the staff was very nice and informative. The clinic is very clean and well kept. You can tell the staff and vets have a passion for pets. The vet I worked with was nice and answered all and any questions. When I picked up my furry friend after the procedure. They showed that they took care of him and did a very clean and successful operation. The only downfall is the price. Compared to others around it was more of the pricier one. They explain pretty clearly why the procedure is that price and what they specifically do. Overall very good experience so far. read more

Got a 2nd opinion after Dr. Nebeker diagnosed our dog only to find he wanted to do an unnecessary surgery that would likely have made his condition worse. Our 16 yr old dog was very ill and called our vet was told the on call Dr would call. He did call but was out of town. We now have another puppy and we were 40 min late for her shots due to some horrible family news. When we got there we were told they were to busy to give shots that take 5 min. I can honestly say I am so disappointed in this facility. We have taken our dogs here for years and have always been pleased. When we got our new puppy we decided to keep the tradition alive and take her here for her vaccines and spay. We decided to buy a puppy plan that covers vaccines and the spay, it has been nothing but a nightmare. Every time we would go in for the included services no one at the front desk was ever on the same page. They would sit, argue, be rude and even called to accuse us of not paying for vaccines that were included in the plan. I have never been to a facility with such rude front end staff. I refuse to trust my dogs with such mean people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else read more

What I appreciate is the obvious care the staff has for my pet. The vet helped me understand what was going on with Gizzmo and when concern should be reported. I never felt rushed or that anyone was in a hurry to be through with the consultation. This is the place to bring any pet-child. This is not my first visit, either.
