This is a nice clinic with multiple doctors and we've loved most of the staff. One big problem I have is they don't answer the phone, it's always a recording. I have used the text number and don't get a response. Recently we had a sick dog and the bill was over $700. They charge a hefty office visit for each dog on top of the tests, shots or any other services even if they are all brought in together. One medication was 2 pills for over $30. To sum it up, they charge high end fees for an office that can't answer the phone so I'm looking at my options.

I took her in to get sewn up again ... and they recharged me $85 ... when I complained the doctor said to take $10 off ... she kept bleeding and they said it was because she was still going into heat ... We switched to AAH when we decided to start traveling in our RV. Our other vet would not work with…read moreus while traveling, and AAH was glad to take over. They are located pretty close to our home so it's convenient to get to them. Their facility is fairly new in comparison to other vets in the area. They have a full-service facility for veterinary treatment, with the exception of boarding. They also have an online website for medicine/food/etc. that is available, but we haven't used that yet. We've had a few emergencies and they have been great about working us into their schedule with short notice. They also listen to our concerns and take good care of our two dogs. They have friendly front desk staff as well as caring vet techs who handle our dogs gently. They are good about following up with us after a procedure to make sure our dog(s) are doing ok. We would definitely recommend Antelope Animal Hospital to others.
