They also left out pertinent information that I requested to be in the appointment notes. They didn't seem to take their mistakes seriously in the slightest and were also very rude and dismissive on top of that. I can't trust my pets care and safety with this type of conduct.

The staff at Companion Animal Clinic are helpful, knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, patient and I can tell they really do care about us and our babies. I won't trust another vet ever! It is common to walk out with a several hundred dollar bill for a basic preventative visit. Still cheaper than human healthcare. My biggest issue with this place is actually their phone system. When you arrive you are directed to call the front desk while you wait in your car. I get why they do this, but unfortunately the phones are often tied up. You get a busy signal and call drops. I have had to try for 15 minutes to get through (while on time for my appt and waiting in parking lot). This seems like it could and should be fixed.
