I narrowed the list to one unit that I was really interested and he put together a showing really fast. Compared to everywhere else that I've lived, Marc and Sladja have been the best managers I've ever had. They even personally helped me and my friend carry a very heavy couch once when they saw us struggling. The only negative thing that I can say is that the units in this building are kind of small, and the windows are not as well-insulated as I'd prefer; the units that face the street are quite noisy. Really hoping to find another unit in this building that either faces the courtyard or the alley (just because the management is so terrific, especially compared to reviews of other property managers), but alas, it might not be in the cards.
