This was by far the worst campground I've ever been to. I should have known when I called & Olga told me just come we have lots of availability! ***NO REFUNDS - BEWARE*** Where do I begin - Trash, weeds, goat heads, clogged sewer drain so crap spewing out, electrical that was a ticking time bomb, unusable restrooms/showers (wasn't gonna use anyways) poor area of town! I mean overall the area is good. For improvements? They need a better rv office person for starters, seems like all they do is sit around not to be mean. With the amount we pay idk where it goes.. sure not into the park. Some of the lots the water doesn't work or the box for electricity, they don't tell you what's good or not. Laundry mat sucks, last time i wasted $$ because either the washer or dryer didn't work. If you have no other place to stay and it's last minute, it's overall okay other than that stay somewhere else. read more

I call this RV park of "one of last resort". While the check in process is smooth (all done by hand) make sure you check the math. I've stayed for a few weeks because I was unable to get another site while I work on a temp gig in the area. There are trash double wide trailers that have been abandoned but not cleaned up. The sites all need work but maintenance seems non existed. My water and electric didn't work so I had to move to a pedestal on the other side. Amenities are 0. On the positive side they do have dumpsters for trash everywhere and they are emptied regularly. The sites are mostly level too. The neighbors all left me alone, I've been there for a few weeks and rarely see anybody. read more

We stayed at this RV Park only as a last resort. It was probably a nice park at one time however, it lacks basic maintenance care. There high weeds and grass throughout at all sites. The pool was empty at the first of August. Who knows when it last had water in it. The rec room was closed. There is no Wi-fi or Tv by antenna or cable. All this for $67.00 a night! This park isn't the fanciest or nicest; however, it's the closest to the Denver downtown area. There are a mix of nice and not so nice RVs in the park. The staff is super sweet, which makes up for the quality of the grounds. If you have a self-contained RV and don't need to use their showers, restrooms, or laundry, then you are golden. The people keep to themselves, and the park is overall super quiet. read more

As a single female with a daughter this place isn't clean but it's relatively safe. There a police station that looks into the park so don't believe some of the other reviews. I was hesitant to stay but it was the only park available. It's not clean or pretty but just fine. I stayed 4 nights. read more

Bad part of Denver and super run down. $58 for a spot in a run down parking lot. If it wasn't for hail storms causing all the dent repair people to fill up the decent rv parks in Denver-we would have run from this place. Our spot is about 6 feet on either side from our neighbors. The sewer hole is located dead center under the rv. It made for a comical scene as my sweet husband crawled under the rv, sewer hose in hand, and fumbled around to get the thing hooked up. Sheesh. After seeing the laundry room and the only shower room that was open (there are ten of them)-I decided laundry would NOT be happening here and showers would be inside the rv. I also told my daughter she was not to step out of the rv alone because this place is sketchy. The electric outlets have exposed wire and are super confusing to even know where to plug in. A little nervous that there could be surges. From here on out we will be hunting for dry camping spots until we can find an rv Park in Denver that has availability. This is a last resort place. read more

This is the most disgusting and worst place I have ever stayed or seen in the country and we have been full timers for over 7 years. We are on the front row with a view of the office and we see about 70% of the people that drive through this park, turn around and leave. That is just what WE see. We put up with it due to work. They charge us $400, plus $14 a for a dog, plus taxes per week. If you have family members come to visit, they charge you $40 per person per day added to your already high price, staying in YOUR RV. Now I am the type of person that DOES clean up after my pet. I think it is the right thing to do. However, when you don't mow the grass and will not keep the leaves picked up, it makes my job even harder. I asked Faye, owner, if she would send someone down to rake or blow the leaves so I can pick the poop up. She informed me that it was my job to take care of the yard. Now we asked where does it state anywhere, where it is our responsibility to care for the yard? She said, no where. So guess what, I will not. I am a full time rv person not a mobile home. I do not do yards, that is the park owners responsibility. We hear gun shots at least three times a week, see vagrants wandering around the park and up and down the streets, constant sirens, rodents, and the SWAT teams here on several occasions chasing bad guys with weapons drawn at night. The restrooms are nasty and old, the pool has not seen water or repairs in years, and has numerous pieces of and empty mobile homes scattered all over the park. This is what attracts the vagrants. If you can find a dumpster that is not overflowing, that is a good day. Its so bad, that they offered the fire department cart blanc to practice on the vacant mobile homes marked in red paint with "FD", and THEY will not even come here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. I can't even call it a park. read more

While in Stapleton, CO we stayed here. What a great find. There was enough room for the RV, the trailer and the Jeep. We were about 5 miles from where our family lives and the roads were easy but very bumpy. The park served our need 100%. read more

This is absolutely the worst and most expensive place I have ever stayed! and a NO REFUND POLICY! who ever heard of that? $1500 for a month! electric supply is either not working, reversed polarity or has an issue that made my inverter work overtime, (yest I tried power on 3 spots). The sewer hook ups are under the camper! Looks like it used to be set up for 10-15' campers a gazillion years ago. The owner and lady on front desk have a Take it or leave it attitude. They don't mention the NO REFUND POLICY until you show up to register and pay. I was in town to work; got there just as they were closing, so I paid for a month as I didn't have time to go look or go anywhere else. I finally left and took a hit on the lost money in the third week. I found a decent place up near Ft Lupton that was $800 a month. There are lots of full time residents here who keep to themselves but the one I did speak with was cordially friendly. The pool is a trash or junk pit, the office surrounded by junk and there are weeds all over the place. The so called weak internet is actually non existent. I had to move my laundry to a third machine before I found one that worked. The restrooms had no toilet paper and I wouldn't have used it anyway. I finally found a few showers that were not locked up. Suppose they worked but I never tried. I have never been one to take a negative review seriously however I wish I would have this time. My husband reserved two nights at this location. Prior to arriving, I asked him for the name so that I could put it in my navigation system. When I did, several reviews were populated on Yelp. I looked at the photos and the reviews. I informed my husband; however, he was adamant about staying because they ranked as one of the "Top 10" places to stay. We drove by there to check-in and the pictures do not fully show just how badly kept this area is. Not to mention, I is a high crime area on top of that. This is the most terrible RV Park I've ever visited. It's tucked behind a junky trailer park (which they also own) with buildings graffitied on and crumbling. The owner is rude. It's overpriced... they charged me $75/night. Also, I asked if I could stay a few extra hours after checkout due to a late arrival, and they said it was fine, so I went to run a few errands. When I got back, I went to empty my black water, and the tube was clogged... as I was standing there trying to make my poo filled water go down her clogged sewage tube, she rolls up in her golf cart and has the nerve to accuse me of lying to her about when I was leaving and charge me for another day. Stay as far away from here as possible. You won't regret it. It's awful read more

Terrible place. My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere to stay in Denver for a month and we came across this place so we thought we would check it out. When we arrived we noticed the whole park is surrounded by homeless... it doesn't like like it's in a safe part of town. When we went to go look at the spot that we would call home for a month or two the lady came to us on her little golf cart.. starting rushing my boyfriend because she was ready to leave. When she opened electrical box a bee hive was there and she hit it with her hand and stepped on it saying "they died". My boyfriend was very polite the whole time, we just wanted to check out the spot WE WOULD BE STAYING FOR A LONG PERIOD and she told us to go look somewhere else because she was ready to leave for the day. Very rude and disrespectful customer service. On top of that the park looks like trash. I do NOT recommend. read more

Stayed there two nights, and hated every minute! First off the units were roughly 6-8 feet apart. My water spigot didn't work so I went to use the neighbors I got a shock from a box underneath the electrical hookup. When a neighbor come and checked it out the box itself was putting out 7-16 amps of electricity. And to top it off the WiFi sucked. Nothing!! Then they had the nerve to charge 58 bucks a night. This place is not the nicest of campgrounds. The facilities though clean are dated and rundown. There are showers though i did not use them they looked dingy but safe with big deadbolts. They advertise free wifi but that is not the case. The surrounding area is a trailer park and double wides. The RV spots are gravel, dirt, weeds and they are uneven creating difficulty to level your camper or trailer. The views are bad to the east is a wall where 225 runs and you can occasionally hear traffic. To the west is a dirt mound. Only use as a last resort. read more

Terrible. This place is not intended for camping, it's a trailer park not an RV park, as in people mostly live there. The pool looks like it is out of a horror movie, the bathrooms are run down with clogged toilets, and it is right off the freeway under power lines in a shady part of Denver. If you absolutely need to park your rig in Denver near the airport it works for that but it shouldn't be part of a road trip where you need anything other than a parking lot. read more

We have been here for 2 months now and there really isn't a single complaint. RV Lot rent is $932 every 30 days and includes water, trash and electric. The showers and bathrooms are clean and maintained. The units are cable ready and we have Comcast Xfinity service at our spot. We did have our septic get backed up, but that was taken care of within 3 hours or letting the office know. The lady at the office said she would make a call immediately about getting it taken care of but that she couldn't give an exact time, which was perfectly acceptable. The groundsman came by and hooked up his machine to the electric and water and flushed it out. There are a few neighbors who let their dogs off leash, but they don't seem to ever be just roaming around the park. Some folks don't pick up their dog poop, but its no more than anywhere else and there definitely isn't poop "everywhere." I haven't seen a single dog approach someone threateningly, unless you count the little Pug that knocked over the 4 year-old toddler when they were playing catch. Haven't dealt with any neighbor disputes or barely even hear much noise other than sound from the Air Force Base or Interstate 225. Aurora PD has a precinct HQ right across the creek and they haven't had to come out here for anything. Most of the people staying here seem to be folks who are working locally (ie construction on the VA Hospital) or families with children in treatment at the Children's Hospital. The park employees at the main office are always helpful and courteous, though I could easily see how someone who is tired or stressed out could misconstrue their matter-of-factness for rudeness when they respond to questions that EVERY person asks when they walk in the door, to me that would be on the person walking in the door, not the park employees. There are plenty of places you can walk to for food and the access to and from Interstate 225 you just can't beat. You're in downtown Denver in 15 minutes, 30 minutes to Golden, 45 to Boulder and hour from the Casinos and less than 2 hours to Vail, Loveland, Breck etc. I highly recommend Denver Meadows. read more

Owner has been lying to mobile home residents about the park's closure while renting out more spaces for short-term RV parking. Terrible maintenance and owners have targeted and intimidated mobile home residents for organizing to keep their homes. After residents organized a homeowners' association the management cut trees and bushes to be able to look into residents' homes. Overall a laundry list of ethical and maintenance issues make this park an absolute disaster. If you are looking for a well maintained park with amenities, this park is not for you. Bathrooms and laundry room leave a lot to be desired. Grounds need a total overhaul: pool and hot tub need major repairs (to be used), weeding needs to be done, pavement repair and sites need leveling. The attached mobile home park is in deplorable condition. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly and the rv park is close to downtown Denver. read more

We were looking for an RV park around Denver and most of them were high priced And reviews were terrible. We came across Denver Meadows and their rates were reasonable but the reviews were really really terrible we decided not to contact them...and found something highly priced instead. The other RV park that we needed to stay before the highly priced one that we were going to stay overnight didn't pan out and now we needed have a place for an overnight site and all the sites in Denver didn't have availability .. we remember Denver Meadows thinking that okay... it's only for one night. Luckily they have availability and we booked for one night... surprisingly the place IS NOT at all that bad as the reviews are saying... the lady at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. It's a big RV park!!! Clean !!! But of course it's NOT a RESORT type but it's good enough to stay for overnight or a few days. We wanted to stay but we already paid in that other highly priced RV park... I highly recommend this RV PARK!!!! read more

This place was perfectly serviceable. Clean spots and inexpensive. Perfectly safe. We stayed two nights and will totally stay again. The management is not available on Sundays. The pool is no longer in working condition. On Monday when we checked out the staff was super friendly, and even gave us Road conditions phone number for our trip. Scary. We rented for the week. We stayed 1 night due to a break in of our locked under storage the first night when we left for the store. We moved out the next day. The management was nice enough. The neighbors were polite. Did not care if pool was out order. Laundry was clean. But there are so many thefts that the neighbors who had been there long term were just used to it. read more

This place is completely unethical. Negative rating in my opinion. We have stayed for a few months now due to unavailabilty in other campgrounds. The hot water is turned off daily. Managment hounds people and ive caught her looking into other peoples RVs. They called us liars because they thought they saw an extra person and extra dog. However they wont do anything about the water problems, and they deny any wrongdoings on their part. We cant wait to get the heck out of here. read more

Worst place to live, the Landlord Faye and her husband practice some of the most unheard and unethical rent procedures such as raising rent, I wouldn't mind it if improvements were made to the property but we're getting nothing. And on the time I lived here not once have I seen the pool open and maintenance is a joke the guy margarito should be fired didn't do anything right we had to hire our own handy man. read more

This RV Park is the worst RV Park I've ever been to in my life. My brothers bike was stolen, and the woman in the office was such a rude jerk. When we told her about the bike issue, she simply said in a rude voice, " You should have locked it up. ". Like OMG who does that? This park is so dirty!they never clean it up!! read more

This place is a real dump with rude employees. They try to raise the price every week and they have problems with the breakers turning off all the time. All the food was ruined in our refrigerator. You would be better off in a parking lot somewhere. read more

I am absolutely disgusted with this rv park. I have been here for a month now and that's because we have no where else to stay. The park is dirty, unsanitary, and the amenities are horrible. They claim they have wifi but they do not at all. They charge 840$ a month and that's not including the wifi they supposedly have. Also, they charge very high to do you laundry. They say they will take reservations to some people and then tell others they don't. It's either you do or you don't. Simple. The owners are VERY RUDE and do not at all understand how to be civilized adults. They say you can have dogs, but really if your dog is within 10 feet of your trailer they will snatch them up and take them to the pound. I could go on forever, but I will stop here. If you are traveling through Denver DO NOT come here, you would probably be better staying at a walmart parking lot. We are leaving soon. read more
