She was very kind, supportive, and patient with me during my appointment. I was able to get my contacts in (YAY!) and was provided with lots of information regarding my contacts, some tips & advice, and was told if I needed guidance to call the office at any time during their office hours. Calling them and explaining my situation was easy. I was able to schedule an appointment not only for me but also my husband. Arriving and parking was simple. There's plenty of parking spots in the lot. I felt safe walking into the building. There was security cameras and vocal prompts. The ladies working the front desk were welcoming and nice. I was able to fill out paperwork easily. All of the fellow Kristina's (Christina's) there were very kind and helpful. I was impressed with how much equipment they had to test and examine eyes. My eyes are specifically sensitive to light so everyone who worked with me including my optometrist, Jennifer Mao helped and was kind during all of my breaks and tears. My husband went to his appointment later that week and overall we are thoroughly impressed and are happy new patients. I was so amazed of the outcome and how my Right eyesight improved. The left eye has been done as well with equally great results. It was two surgeries in one on the left eye and later surgery on the right eye. It is really amazing the surgical skills Dr.Sierra has and on top of it she is a nicest and sweetest person you will ever meet. What should have been a simple appointment turned into a mess because of the front office…read more The appointment email made it look like my appointment was at 1:15 and said to arrive 15 minutes early, so I arrived at 1:00. I checked in and was told to sit down. After waiting with no updates for nearly an hour, I went up to the desk around 1:50 to ask what was going on. That's when I was told my appointment was "actually" at 1:30 and that the email somehow accounts for the 15 minute buffer. That explanation made zero sense. I was then told I'd be next, but multiple patients for the same doctor were called back ahead of me. At 2:10, a staff member came out and loudly accused me of not completing my paperwork. When I started filling it out, I noticed the back page already had my signature and date. I pointed this out and was told I didn't fill out the section on health issues or surgeries. I don't have any. Somehow this turned into my problem. It felt very much like they were trying to shift blame onto me to cover up how far behind they were, and the attitude was rude and unnecessary. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is the doctor, who was excellent. Unfortunately, the front desk chaos, poor communication, and lack of professionalism completely overshadowed the visit. The front office seriously needs to get it together.

I had an initial appointment in April '25 & a follow up June '25…read more Dr. Huang has very limited ability to speak English so trying to explain the details of my issue & her understanding of my history were challenging. Fast forward SIX months. I'm just now being told I have a balance? NOTE: I'm on Medicare w/Plan G coverage. First a cryptic email last week stating I have a balance and my bill is on the way?? I can go online and make a payment. NO. I've met my deductible. Why this now? I contacted ins. who validated they'd made payment to RC months ago. Today I get a bill in the mail stating I owed the FULL amount of service & it was due immediately. On the back side it states, "Due to OUR system error, we were unable to send you statements. We are giving you an additional 60 days to pay." Seriously? I called RC today. They said this bill was an error, I owe nothing, but it was sent as they "JUST" received payment from ins. Again - NO. Payments were processed and sent to RC in APRIL & JUNE accordingly. I am incensed by the apparent & complete lack of organization, poor communications & the blatant inaccuracy of the bill. Never again.

Four days before he was going to operate, he looked at my file and asked me why I had severe cataracts? That's when I decided to find a new surgeon. I wanted a doctor who didn't act like I was a part moving down an assembly line and I found that with Dr. Serdahl and his staff. Dr. Serdahl put me at ease immediately. He was the only one of 3 eye surgeons I have seen who explained that I had Fuch's Dystrophy and why it could cause complications. Surgery was pain and anxiety free. Two weeks later, I was ready to schedule surgery on my other eye. It takes a lot for a doctor to impress me. Dr. Serdahl does. You can trust him with your vision.
