If someone had decorated a mall's parking garage, it would resemble TRO Coffee's interior. Classical/Jazz Elevator Music played in the corner. Customers were casually reading books or lounging with a laptop in this mismatching dusty concrete interior. I also consistently observed staff chatting about limited supplies (ex: no more mocha; lacking black napkins; missing ingredients). Overall, TRO Coffee offers extremely friendly service.
