He actually sent two of his managers, Grezelda and Eric, over my place to inspect the stone .. they are not any better than the owner in regards to customer service and calling back as they say they will. Building a home is a stressful process and every interaction is critical to the psyche. Thank you to Terra team for your patience with us as we visited and revisited. They also followed through with their promises to call us when a new batch of quartzite arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to get a text from Sam after the latest shipment arrived at the port and got a play-by-play of where the container was. We even got a text of what the slabs looked like as to not waste another trip! The selection of slabs is on point. We don't need a dizzying array of selections, just quality stones with reasonable prices, and Terra delivers in this department. We are very picky folks because we wanted a marble-look without the marble maintenance. Somehow Terra managed to find the quarry that had the slabs and we are happy campers!
