It's the small details; the HVAC was well modulate. It never got too cold or hot and stuffy. The carpet was clean and maintained, ceiling tiles clean. There is an impressive guest Breakfast buffet. Beyond the cold dry cereals and yogurts found at some motels. Waffles you prepare, scrambled eggs, pastries, to name a few. There is no onsite restaurant, but there are plenty of restaurants and fast food places nearby. There's a small store with snacks and beverages next to reception. There was a wedding going on, I imagine in a ballroom somewhere in the motel. Some of the amenities are: a putting green near the entrance, well appointed fitness center, indoor pool, business center, free WiFi, an area with children's activities, covered and open air seating area. There are probably more that I'm unaware of.

No breakfast included, they have a restaurant in the lobby, but no room service or menu that's posted elsewhere other than the lobby. When we went to order they were out of many items and have odd hours of operation. So we had to factor many meals out during our stay. 2. Skunks! There are multiple skunks all over the property, we had to dodge multiple in the parking lot and they can be seen from the courtyard, and they were at the entrance!
