All I asked was to switch me out for the device I wanted as I expressed my concerns, I was told the manager would get in contact with me, WRONG. I had to contact her multiple weeks later after trying to go into the store and behind met with the same useless person yet again. I called today, was finally able to speak to a manager and all she could tell me was purchases are final and there was nothing she could do. What a useless team. Will never be coming back here again
