Outside of that is the largest collection of quarter slot rides that I know of. They accept card payment or lets your kids pretend and don't pay to turn them on at all. Then there's a train ride and rideable animals for a fee. In Scheels they have a beautiful aquarium, a fun shooting range for a small fee and a ferris wheel that's only $1 per rider. Then upstairs they have a nice food court with clean restrooms and a variety of food options. I wish all malls were like this.

I wasn't even planning on going to the mall, but it was worth the trip. What really surprised me was Scheels. The size of it is impressive, but the fact they had a real aquarium and a Ferris wheel?! That's a whole other level! It's cool to see a store go above and beyond with entertainment and attractions. I also loved how the staff were very helpful pointing me in the right direction. I didn't shop at any of the other stores so I can't comment on those, but overall it was nice. It was a beautiful day and I just enjoyed walking around and taking it all in. If you need to get out of the house, stretch your legs and be surprised by a unique shopping experience, Eden Prairie Center is a must visit. Scheels alone is worth the trip! Win for a fun unexpected outing.

There's no longer a shortage of recognizable brand-name stores, which makes it feel more like a true shopping destination again. There is a mix of luxury stores and every-day shopping which brings good value. That said, there are still a few odd, lesser-known shops scattered throughout with inconsistent or unusual hours, which can be a little confusing. The food options are decent. The traditional food court is a bit of a letdown, but there are better standalone options throughout the mall like Rustica Bakery, Pezzo Pizza, Yumi Sushi, People's Organic, and others. Having Kowalski's grocery store on-site is also a big plus and adds convenience. Entertainment-wise, there's more to do now with options like an escape room and Dave & Buster's. The mall is spacious, never feels overly crowded, and has plenty of parking, which makes it easy and stress-free to visit. Overall, the updates are a very welcome change. Southdale feels revitalized, easier to navigate, and much more enjoyable than it was a few years ago.

I've been watching a pair of 1951 Reglor Lamps advertised in Facebook Marketplace, showing a photo of them in the front window. I happened to be meeting a friend for lunch in Hudson so I made sure to bring $400 cash and to stop in after our meal. 1. Apparently, the lamps are no longer in the store. But the 2 staff running the shop couldn't tell me anything about them. Where are they? Why are they still listed in Facebook? 2. The worst part of the interaction was I got the "fake polite" treatment. Friendly but not really friendly and more passive aggressive, if you know what I mean. I'm used to that treatment in Minnesota. It seems to be part of our cultural DNA. But I'm surprised to encounter it in Wisconsin. 3. The staff running the shop weren't able to access the store listing on Facebook. Why? 4. When I got home, I sent a direct message to the store on Facebook from their listing to ask about the lamps. Are they gone? Why is there still an active listing? 5. It's been 8 days. The listing is still up. No one has answered my direct message on Facebook. All of this stuff is ridiculous. Everyone knows that is takes 30 seconds to respond to a message on Facebook. All of these negative vibes could have been avoided if someone simply responded to me, apologized, promised to do better next time, and to request that I please visit again. I'd still be a customer. As it is now, I'll never walk through the front door again. So...I'm feeling pretty negative about Abigail Page. I guess they're okay if you wander in off the street, buy something off a shelf, and walk out with your item. But if you see something on-line, buyer beware. Some of the old pottery factory equipment, such as boilers, is still intact in The Pottery Place factory outlet mall in Red Wing. This multi dealer, multi store mall occupies the historical Pottery Factory where Red Wing Pottery was produced. Offering a wide selection of antiques, stoneware, collectibles, and more. Some of the stores to be found within the mall are Pottery Place Antiques, 3rd Floor Antiques, Main, etc. Not a bad road walking trip.

In those days, there were many businesses, and it even had its own ad in the Red Wing Magazine. This time that I went here, though, it was a shadow of its former self. Everything that I remember about this place had changed drastically. The nickelodeons that once played their rhythmic, lively tunes were now silent, and many of the stores that were once here have since moved or closed. As long as this mall is open, the vendors and the management have the opportunity to improve this place and restore it to its former glory. Yet time seems to be running out. If this mall doesn't change its ways now, I feel that it will vanish into nostalgia.

This outdoor mall is dying and today was the first I've been very frustrated with them . Not only are there a lot of vacant spots but they need to work on some signage too. I came to pick up some paper at Michaels and decided since my dog was in the car to take him for quick walk around the property. Let him stretch his legs . Had no intentions of going into any store and he's a calm dog so he wasn't going to disturb anywhere . No where on property were there signs saying anything about dogs not being allowed on property . It's an outdoor mall. A security guard stopped me and asked if I was blind . I'm sure he was trying to be nice and I have very little to say about him . He proceeded to tell me he was told to tell me that dogs were not allowed on the property . Wow ... I politely said I wasn't aware and there should be signs then walked my dog back to the car . This is dying location and it's sad to see that but now I really am not tempted to come back and shop here . Who asks if another person is blind ? It can be perceived in several ways. The best way to approach was to ask if my dog was a service animal . Wow....

I would know. :) Among the places I've been are H&M, Elodie Boutique (one of the only truly local businesses here!), DSW, Gap/Gap Body, LOFT, Banana Republic, Francesca's, Michaels, some sushi restaurant, Charming Charlie's, Victoria Secret, Express and New York & Co. Oh, and the ice cream place, Maggie Moo's. Objectively, the design of Woodbury Lakes is absurd for wintertime shopping. If it's busy, you usually have to park pretty far away and walk because there is almost never going to be spot on the main "street." I like it a lot in the summer though, because it doesn't have the mall madness atmosphere that you find in indoor malls and the parking lot madness of traditional strip malls. I just park near one end and happily stroll to the other. I'm told they do some crazy things around the holidays too... like, with real reindeer?

I only saw a fraction of the box stores and food joints here. I enjoyed being here that I returned to the former store a day later. Barnes & Noble is one of the better ones that I have been to. There were lots of items on sale. While browsing, I got a free drink sample from the cafe. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Pier 1 is still there. Sadly, it will be closed soon. There is liquidation sale happening as I write this review. I also enjoyed visiting TJ Maxx. It has the largest selection of Kipling bags that I have ever seen. Prices are good on quality items. Lunds & Byerlys is the supermarket that anchors this plaza. It is huge! I will need to check it out down the road. There are eateries, too. Wild Buffalo Wings, Panda Express, and Panera Bread are some of the names that I saw while I was here. I have been told that Eagan Promenade had a water fountain in the summertime. I'd have to return when it's warmer to admire it. There is plenty of parking. I will definitely come back and check out more of it. (107)

A gem of a store…read more Something for everyone; especially females in your life. They have a rewards program that actually benefits you. Great sales after Christmas and throughout the year. The current one was 50% off garden stakes and spinners. They sell amazing dish towels that are really special. I had surgery this year and bought a large mug/bowl with a handle that had a lid that sets on the top. My husband put food in it so I could easily carry it and microwave. Lots of gift options: clothing, blankets, jewlery, spa items, knickknacks, etc... They even have chocolates and food items. Stop in - it's worth a trip!

I needed a couple unique gifts and they had exactly what I needed - and more!! Larissa was very nice and very helpful. She gave feedback on questions I had and was just super honest on everything. Although the coupon that was in the most recent community ed book for 20% was expired, she gave the discount anyways because of that error. I appreciated that! I could have spent hours in this shop, there was so much cool and unique things. Definitely will be my new go-to for special gifts of all sorts (ie. Wedding, Anniversary, birthday, and more!!).
