Instead, we are now being told we would have to pay $1,500 to add our recent new granddaughter. Why weren't all options offered to us when we set up the trust? We trusted them because we are not lawyers. Not only that, after we were given this upsetting new information, nobody returned my call. I had to email them to confirm that this was the case. Nobody ever called us to discuss the matter, nor were there any attempts to work with us. They fired us as clients via email because I mentioned that I would be forced to post on social media about this unfortunate situation. They are a completely unprofessional firm. I don't recommend this firm because they only care about how much they can make off their clients. I truly thought they cared about their clients, but they do not.
