We have been here several times and love to recommend everyone to give German food a try here! Everything has fantastic flavor and be sure to save room for dessert too! Today was cheese strudel while we were there and we brought home a big piece of Black Forest cake which is always a must!

The German beer is cold and the food is deliciously amazing! I indulged in the generous portion of jagerschnitzel, red cabbage, spatzel, and German potato salad. It's as good as it is in Germany and fresh as can be. You can hear the owner/chef pounding out the schnitzel in the kitchen while you wait. With only seven tables and a small bar area, seating can be tight. Reservations are recommended.

It was our first visit and we were very pleased. The German potato salad and bratwurst was wonderful. The pretzel with cheese sauce was outstanding. The apple strudel was very tasty.

I would move to FL for this place. OUTSTANDING food! Just like my grandparents would make. Brats were heavenly, schnitzel juicy and delicious. Homemade spatzel and cabbage, even the mustard was freshly made. Appeared to be the owner serving. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Had to leave a review and take pictures so we remember where to go when we come back!

Incredibly good! Had Black Forest Cake and Cheese Strudel for dessert...everything made on premises and all perfect! True German food, made with pride.

Like a crema or something. And we had the sticky icky chicken wings. Great flavor, good portion size, delish ranch. Wings were a little dry. Overall good eats! Indoor vibes were cool, open concept and on demand ordering is a smart move. Fast service.

We sat on the patio, which is nicely shaded. The seats were plenty big for us, however the 'butt space' on each is somewhat limited. Chairs were very lightweight. There are long tables, smaller circular ones, and a Bar inside. We pulled up the online ordering platform from the QR code. My phone was being a bit slow, but I didn't know the restaurants Wi-Fi password to try that, so after a few tries we did get connected on cellular. Ordering is fairly easy and straightforward. Beer came out in a few minutes and food took about 10. When the server delivered the food I asked for a glass of water and after seeing her in and out a few times over 5 minutes, I just went into the bar and got it myself. Food was good. My wife got the Turkey BLTA and a side of coleslaw ($1.50 up charge). The sandwich was very good, with tender and tasty turkey and nicely smoked bacon. I got the Grouper PoBoy and the chips, which are the only side that doesn't require an up charge. The fish was very good and the sandwich sauce and pickled veggies were a great blend of flavors. The chips have a slightly sweet taste. They were ok, but I'd probably try a different side if I went back. The bathrooms are through the restaurant and shared with some other businesses. The men's seemed ok, but my wife said the women's was a bit beat up. The restaurant is addressing it-see picture of the sign. Tip on the app defaults to 20%, and while I'm generally a good tipper, I did not tip that much due to the lack of service.

I tried some east coast oysters, with the cost of a half dozen being the highest I have ever paid. The lobster roll, bread was not soft or buttery, and the flavor of the lobster filling was not very good either. At $34 you better knock it out of the park, instead of being only passable. Again the price was about $10 over another local establishment known for their lobster rolls, that are far superior. There was zero atmosphere on a Weds night, no live music, with one other table of four and a few bar flies at the bar. I had three different beers and all of them were flat. The wife had a flat cider. I am not sure what the cost per was, since they do not list it on the beer menu, which I hate. $150 for bad drinks and mediocre bar food. Never again.

That was one of the best vacation choices we've ever made. From the moment we walked in Shane had us on her radar. We found a spot at the bar and she immediately greeted us. She was amazing at helping us pick out the best things to drink. We tried one or two and landed on our favorites pretty quick. Shane was super knowledgeable about all of the beers when others would come in and ask questions about them as well. Then Shan arrived and it got real. She was also super knowledgeable about all of the beers on tap and the two got to tag teaming the bar like absolute pros! Conversations began and between the two of them we got a pretty amazing layout of the food scene in Ft. Myers and just like that, all of my carefully laid plans for meals for the next 3 days were turned on their head. In the end we all agreed that even though it was only 63 degrees in Ft. Myers it was still better than freezing to death in all of our home states. We finished our drinks and said farewell with sad faces but happy that we had gone off of our rails and tried this place on a whim. Thank you ladies, for helping us kick off our vacation in only the best way possible! This is definitely an experience we will be talking about for years to come!

Plus, although many people were talking, it didn't seem loud. Our server was friendly and mostly efficient. We had to remind her on our requested extra ranch dressing. The smash burger arrived about 5 minutes before the soup and salad, which was curious. Someone from the kitchen delivered the burger and our server actually went back to get the soup and salad. The iced teas tasted very fresh and our server kept our glasses full. The smash cheese burger and fries were tasty. I found the house salad with ranch and cheddar cheese broccoli soup to be fresh and flavorful. The salad was cold and the soup was hot. I thought the portions were generous. I do suggest that whoever cleans the bathroom surfaces turn up the lights while cleaning. The surfaces were dusty and smudgy. Otherwise, we enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere.
