I had Audio Extreme install an amp and stereo in my car. They installed the amp next to my battery…read moreand placed a small piece of wood to separate the amp from the battery. Then they installed it in a way that the battery can't be disconnected for winter storage. It disabled everything in the car and I had to have a tow truck come to unlock the door to my car so I could get in. All Troy had to say is why do you need to disconnect the battery and then threw the piece of wood to the floor. Whatever happened to customer service and providing quality service? I'm so disappointed!!!

Aaron is honest and professional. I have a Thinkware U3000 Pro installed by another shop on my…read morenewer Kia Sportage which has the side curtain airbag. The previous shop took the easy way to run the rear camera cable via the roof. I have asked about the side curtain airbag but they assured me it is OK. Subsequently I found out that this is an unsafe way to install it. It can prevent the airbag from deploying or the cable may break and cause bodily injury. I called a few other shops and they all suggested running the cable on the roof. I am lucky to eventually find Aaron. He definitely knows what he is doing. He was able to accommodate me on a Sunday afternoon to redo all the wiring. He ran the cable under the door sill and avoided the airbags. He added ties and clips for the cables that the previous shop missed. He even caught a missing heat shield that the previous shop failed to install. He installed the heat shield and remounted the front cam in a better position. Everything was put back the way it was. It was a very neat and clean job. The shop is clean and the waiting area is comfortable. I highly recommend Aaron and will definitely go to him again if I need another installation! If your car has a side air curtain airbag, do not let the shop install the cable via the roof. Go to Aaron for a proper and safe installation. It's worth it.

Rick and his crew are a solid group of guys…read more I hired them to run shielded CAT6A and speaker wiring in my new Palm Springs house. The project included 15 Ethernet drops across six rooms and 1900 sq ft, audio speaker wiring, and height speaker installation. The work turned out very well overall. What stands out most was Rick's accountability to the job and for the work of his crew. He was communicative, kept me informed throughout the job, and made absolutely sure any issues I had were addressed. Rick's team also tested every cable run with a Fluke tester and verified that each run was properly shielded and capable of 10 Gbps performance. They were also attentive to the smaller cosmetic detail requests, including cable color, outlet style, and the specific placement of wall jacks. Although just about everything is expensive nowadays, the pricing for the scope and quality of work was reasonable. It was a pleasure working with these guys -- I'd definitely hire them again for any future data cabling, audio, camera installation work.
