When I first spoke with Sharma on the phone, he listened to my needs, made suggestions and explained options, and then he listened again to my responses. He didn't barrel over me and he didn't tell me what I should do, he was polite and respectful and made sure I knew what my options were. He was transparent with everything, from the cost of the equipment to the warranties, to the time it would take to get the work done. And in the end, he went the extra mile to get the equipment sourced at a better price, in a faster time-frame, and he had the work done the very next day (even though we thought it might take a week to get the equipment!). His team arrived after a slight delay due to the supplier, but we were kept informed and when they arrived they got right to work. The gentlemen were respectful, they kept their work area clean, they knew exactly what they were doing, and they got it done properly and within the time they had given us. He scheduled a visit and almost immediately he got to the root of our problem and proposed a solution - pocket door and double drywalls and some changes to the ceiling+electrical rewiring. I had a basement flood and restoration job in need of quick resolution. I took bids from yelp and interviewed 3 yelp and 2 outside contractors. I4 peeked my interest as they did not make me feel they were interested in providing good and honest work. All the other contractors were concerned with weather or not it was an insurance claim and how much was the limit. We walked through the repairs a couple times to ensure I communicated all the requirements and acknowledgement of such were contractually agreed. I4 came in and went above and beyond with both customer service and professionalism. The job was completed and every detail was given special attention to ensure satisfaction was accomplished for all requirements to include carpeting, specific modifications to carpet, drywall repair, partial stud replacement, caulking, painting, cleanup, disinfecting ----all accomplished within 2 days. I hired l4 construction upon finding myself with a lot more time around the house during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was a little nervous about hiring a contractor during uncertain times, but l4 really pulled through and gave me nothing less than the BEST quality service and workmanship. They showed up on time, and made their way to my basement with masks and gloves, peace, and cleanliness. I hired them to finish my basement and essentially contracted out the whole job- I did not want to deal with the headache of permits! They passed every inspection every step of the way, and completed the job in the projected time! This was especially surprising since literally everyone wanted to use COVID as an excuse for not getting things done on time- but not with these guys. I had them build 2 full bathrooms, a movie theater, a bar, and bedroom and living area in the basement. The tile work- IMPECCABLE! I had such anxiety picking a design but they guided me on what is currently wanted in the market and what will provide the best resale value if I ever go to sell my house. No bulbs in the basement- all LED! I cant praise this company enough for their work. I didn't have to run to home depot once for materials, or meet with inspectors. I never had to call them to show up- they finished the job before their projected time which means I can finally enjoy my full basement during these pressing times.
