The sandwich was honestly the highlight of the meal. It was delicious, and the pizza dough as the bread was such a unique touch that you really don't find at many Italian sandwich spots around Columbus. The pizza itself was just okay. As you can see from the picture, the toppings weren't distributed very evenly, so some slices had mostly sauce with barely any cheese while others had way more toppings and cheese but less sauce. I also wish the pizza had been cooked a little longer overall because it was pretty floppy and doughy. One thing that makes it tough is that once the movie starts, it's hard to go back and ask for changes or anything since the theater is packed and getting in and out of the seats feels disruptive. My family wanted me to join them for dinner at JTs in Grandview, so I went along thinking I'd just sit with them and enjoy the night. Then the food came out, and mind you, the service is always top tier because everything arrives hot, fresh, and fast. The environment, the smell of the 'za, and the way everything looked when it hit the table completely flipped a switch. Maybe it's because I'm a regular, but JTs brought my appetite right back. I crushed pizza and wings like I hadn't eaten in days, and I left feeling fuller than I had all week. In Ohio, people love to argue about who has the best pizza in town. I've got two letters for you.
