I had been collaborating with Frank Dixon regarding the roof replacement issues. I inquired whether Frank's company also handled porch work. Frank played a crucial role in organizing everything. On 5/22/2025 Manny and Julian arrived slightly before 8:30 AM. They informed me of their arrival at my residence. Manny and Julian took measurements for the materials, letting me know they would head to the store and return. They came back in about an hour. I am extremely pleased with the porch replacement. Additionally, I truly appreciated their professionalism and the respect they showed for my property during the construction process. Since the installation , both window units have exhibited significant defects.Ron tried to tell me the window rot out because of our dogs sit on the seat of the window. I have had 4 other window companies at my house . They said The window needs to be appropriately set on a durable, moisture-resistant substrate. The use of either pressure-treated wood or a suitable high-density styrofoam insulation material is required to provide a stable, long-lasting sill support that prevents moisture transfer and material breakdown. Premier did not do that for this install. Ron did give me a quote to do this if they were to install a replacement window.

Given that the roof was designed to last 30 years, I was surprised to learn that it was only halfway through its expected lifespan. M&M sent a salesman, Gregory, who determined that the roof required replacement due to inadequate ventilation. I inquired as to why this issue was not addressed during the initial installation in 2010, and Gregory attributed it to the unavailability of the technology at the time. He then provided a quote for a new roof and departed. I subsequently sought the advice of two other roofing companies, and they determined that the roof was in good condition, with the shingles exhibiting normal wear for their age. An inside sales manager from M&M contacted me to inquire about the status of the new roof purchase, and I informed him that I was leaning towards a repair. He offered to send Gregory to my location again the following day, but unfortunately, Gregory did not appear. No phone call or attempt to reschedule was made. Now I am trying to get in touch with the inside sales representative, Henry, but he is not responding. I understand that it has been 15 years since the initial installation, but I believe M&M would be the ideal company to perform the repair, given their initial involvement. However, I suspect that they may be more interested in replacing the roof entirely, rather than providing a cost-effective repair, which is causing me significant frustration with M&M, a company I trusted 15 years ago.

We signed a contract with Providence to build a "golf villa" in Regency of Crown Point on June 30th…read moreof 2018. They rushed us to get in and meet with the Construction manager on July 9th to confirm and sign our for our finishesand upgrades so they could start building. We were supposed to break ground 2 weeks after that. That did not happen. On August 31, they finally begin excavating for our basement. On October 8, the beams were placed for the basement. On October 27, all of the wood was dropped for the framing. The wood sat outside in the rain and under snow until the framers finally began construction on December 4! The excuse we were given was that the framers had other jobs they were working on and Providence couldn't get them out there. Of course, Providence also tried to blame it on the weather, but if one goes back to look at the weather reports, most of the weather for those two months was amazing! As of writing this post on May 2, 2019, Providence is still not done with our home. This is not a custom home, it is a cookie cutter home. There is no excuse that this house is not completed as of yet. When walking through the home, there were red tags from the Crown Point inspector. This is a home that Providence builds over and over and over again, yet they are still getting red tags from the inspector?! I am so frustrated and wish I had never gone with Providence. I have been living with my mother, with my two teenage kids since September of last year because we were told the home would be completed by January, possibly December. My daughter's senior year has been completely ruined by being displaced for so long. DO NOT USE Providence to build your home!

The builder will not even consider anything without making my customer get pre-approved through their lender. This is a highly illegal practice and a RESPA violation. The builder also offers buyer incentives, but won't even say what the incentives are unless the buyer is using their in house lender. It is also illegal and a RESPA violation for a builder to offer an incentive, but take that incentive away if you refuse to use their in house lender. I found all this out before I looked at any reviews on here, so I didn't know how bad this builder is with their actual qualify of construction. I probably would have recommended the borrower move on to other homes if I had realized just how shady and truly awful this builder appears to be. I will definitely not be including this builder with any recommendations to customers in the future. I also hold Home Buyer Seminars in NW Indiana and I will be making sure to tell attendees specifically to avoid this builder in the future!
