The desk staff is knowledgable and they will take the time to go over the products. I can order a custom window over the phone in a short amount of time, from a job site which is pretty cool. Now I'm going to say this probably isn't a store for regular homeowners. I could be wrong but this is a place where you should know what you want and what the price range might be before walking in the door. I'm not saying it's only for contractors but you need to be patient and give them a chance. Or else you should just hire a contractor and let them jump through the hoops.

Was asked if I could come to the shop for Saturday I said yes let me know a time. The shop had told me they would call me back with a time, this was on a Thursday. I call back on Monday asking for an update to be told that they don't do saturdays and to go back to my insurance and find someone else to do my glass. I can push the piece back into place but that only means anyone can come along, pry the piece off the door and then open our sliding door. No protection at all. Very disappointed with the quality of product. We purposely picked this company for a strong warranty guarantee. I reported this issue in February and despite being told it would be fixed right away, it is July and I still am reaching out to find out when they will be fixed.
