I am compelled to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from this Ford dealership. As a lifelong Ford owner, I have always patronized Ford dealerships for my vehicle needs. However, my recent experience has left me disillusioned. Despite purchasing my 2024 Edge from this dealership a few months ago, I encountered significant difficulties in scheduling an appointment to repair the faulty screen. This issue rendered my vehicle's heating system unusable, forcing me to drive with the heat on full blast, steering wheel and seat heater on full as well, for weeks. Upon arrival, I was further inconvenienced by the dealership's slow service, including an hour- and a half long wait for vehicle preparation and an additional half-hour for paperwork processing. To exacerbate matters, I was required to provide a physical credit card for a $25 hold, which I was not aware of beforehand. This necessitated a return trip to my residence to retrieve my card which is in my phone wallet , causing undue hassle. I have contacted Ford's customer service department and received a perfunctory "sorry for your inconvenience " speech . Therefore, it has taken me three and a half hours to "drop off" my vehicle for repair on a brand new vehicle. I expected a more efficient and customer-centric approach from this dealership. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

Recently picked up an F-150 from Ben after working with the Internet Sales team. Our experience was overwhelmingly positive from both. Prior to our coming in for a test drive, the Internet team had found us a truck in stock and worked up a few quotes for different purchase options, taking all of the guesswork out of it for us and really just making the whole pricing discussion stress free. Then, when we arrived for our test drive and met with Ben, we were very impressed by his help in walking through different financing and configuration options. He introduced us to everyone who was there and got answers to our questions immediately. Even the Parts department took time at the end of the night to help us decide on which running boards to get. We were told that the running boards were at least a day out and that we would need to bring the truck back to have them equipped. However, when we showed up the next day to take delivery, the running boards were already installed. While we did all of our delivery paperwork, Ben hung out with our two sons, talking sports and making them feel welcome in the dealership. HOFFMAN FORD HAS BEEN MY GO TO PLACE FOR WELL OVER 5 YEARS. My last service on April 11 on our Ford Fusion Hybrid was EXCELLENT. Jarrin B. was my Service Consultant. He was polite, energetic, and very knowledgeable. When I checked in, he had my information at hand. He knew the amount of Ford rewards point I had, $67 that could be applied towards the service cost. . I asked Jarrin about a 20,000 mile checkup. He told me what I needed to know. Jarrin knew I was almost due for a front wheel alignment and that there was a $20 coupon available. . For both inspections and a front end alignment, the service cost $100. Without the points and coupon, I would have paid $187. . To cap it off, I always use the no cost shuttle for a return home and a return to pick up our car. . And even more, as I was I walked out of the facility to get my car which they pulled up into the receiving bay, every person greeted me very positively and it made the whole experience to have great value. . Dealers used to be the highest cost for repairs and service. No more. Hoffman Ford provides excellent service at very competitive prices with very positive and knowledgeable employees, thus, allowing me to trust Hoffman Ford for purchase of cars and providing service for those cars. . read more

My wife and I had a problem with our motor home, and it is our only home. We called and talked with Bob Hockenberry in service. He told us he could take care of us. We arrived at the end of the day on Wednesday the 27th of May, 2015. Bob set us up with a place to park overnight so that we could stay aboard and sleep. The following morning he had Scott Korth come to us @ 7:00 A.M. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were on our way by 10:30 A.M. that morning, drove 8 1/2 hours without a problem. Bob kept us informed as to progress and recommendations while Scott did the work. Companies like Hoffman Ford are successful only due to the work ethic of men like Bob and Scott. We felt the repairs were well done a d the cost was fair. Believe me when I say that I know a good mechanic and service manager when I see them, I was in the marine industry (yachts) for over 30 years as a mechanic and a service manager. We are from upstate New York and broke down with transmission issues near this dealership. The tow truck brought both our truck and trailer to this dealership. They were so accommodating and professional. We had just had the transmission serviced before we left so we thought we would have to replace it. Thankfully Josh, our service worker, explained that it was because it was so much warmer where we were than where we live and the load we put it under, it just blew out extra fluid because it got so warm. He drained out a little more, but most important to us is he took the time to call our mechanic back home, whom was horrified at what happened, and thoroughly explained what was going on. I'm sure I share a common disdain for dealerships with the masses, but I told myself if I would write a good review if this place treated me fairly. And they did. I have been working out of town when my truck started smoking heavily out of the exhaust pipe. I figured it was the injectors, something I can't fix. The dealership was the last place I called but the first that could get me in. They recognized I was traveling for work and did all in their power to get my truck in quickly. They charged me a fair price and Ken of the service department was on top keeping me up to speed with the process, and called me the moment it was done. I really appreciate him. Great experience with the purchase of our new 2021 Explorer. First I must say it's the nicest new car dealership we have ever seen. Contacted Dan Blazina in Hoffman's Internet Sales and asked for their best quote for a 2016 F-150 Supercrew 4X4 and he responded in less than 24 hours. Hoffman delivered their best quote and notified them that I had requested quotes from other local dealers for the same model. Hoffman's quote was the lowest, we accepted their offer, and met the next day, closing the deal. Received excellent service from Milt Watson who took the time to explain the technology and operation of the new truck. Mountains of paperwork were completed with Justin Forer in less than half an hour and I drove my new vehicle home (cleaned and filled w/ gas) that afternoon. This is our 6th Ford over 34 years. We started looking online for a Hybrid Maverick and Hoffman had a few to choose from, chatted online a couple of times before setting up an appointment as it's a two hour drive. We looked at 3 Mavericks, did a test drive. Had a great experience, all pricing and financing was up front, no hidden fees at financing time. Dave Jimison helped through the whole process. And even brought the vehicle and paperwork to our house to complete the sale. Did I mention we live two hours away? It's been a month and we love our Maverick, the heated seats and steering wheel are nice on the frigid mornings. The gas mileage is fantastic.
