It's always busy, which says a lot and they're constantly rotating flavors. We ordered the BLT sandwich, pickle fries, a Blue Moo ice cream cone, and the ice cream nachos. I mostly want to spotlight the nachos because they deserve it. I went with the classic chocolate ice cream and marshmallow sauce, and it was a 10/10. This combination deserves a permanent spot on the menu! It was absolutely delicious, and the waffle chips were literally perfect. They were fresh, had the perfect crunch, and were bite-sized, which made them so easy to eat. I was also impressed by how many waffle chips came with the order. Is it worth the drive? Absolutely.

The food is decent, but I do think it's priced on the high side for what you get. The ice cream, however, is excellent and worth the stop. They are usually happy to make just about any flavor combination you can think of, and the quality is consistently good. The service has always been good, and it's nice to see local teenagers getting summer employment and learning customer service skills. The staff is friendly and keeps things moving even when they're busy. If you're looking for a fun local spot to grab ice cream and enjoy some outdoor seating, I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

The cafe is located in the converted historic ROM Webber furniture factory. The Big Four cafe name honors the railroad line that used to pass through town. Courtney, our server, was friendly and attentive. She kept water filled and checked on us frequently. Food came out quickly. I had the Herb and Garlic Chopped salad, which was beautifully plated, fresh and delicious. Romaine, tomatoes, onions were topped with cheese and avocado. The garlicky vinaigrette dressing was tangy. I I also had a cup of the Texas Chili, which was topped with cheese and jalapeño slices. The beef was tender and the soup base slightly spicy. My husband had the Cuban Press (at Courtney's recommendation) and it was tasty and hearty. The sandwich was made using Indiana ham, slowed cooked pork and melted cheese. He said his sandwich was an easy 5 stars. Don't miss the beer battered onion rings which are fresh made and delicious. (I stole a couple of his rings.) There are roomy restrooms with changing tables. Free parking is available in front of the building. Worth a visit.

I noticed the good reviews so we drove an extra 10 minutes which turned out to be a worthwhile decision. Excellent spot for breakfast and the full dining area supports my opinion. I had the breakfast quesadillas which were delicious! My friends had a breakfast combo which she said was excellent. The server was patient and helpful as I vacillated between options. Definitely a two thumbs up experience and worth a drive!
