The first one I've been to.. the dentist was very rough on my teeth and gums! He just kept on poking around there everywhere! It hurt! And he told me I had to get a root canal, crown and pull out all my wisdom teeth (way out of my budget)! The second place I've gone to (if you want to know.. I'll tell you about my experience.. just send me a message and I'll tell you which place that was), the dentist treated me as if I was stupid and didn't know anything about the status of my teeth.. he was very blunt and rude about everything we discussed! But the receptionist was VERY NICE and very friendly! The third time, I researched several dentistry places and this was the one I decided to go with.. there weren't any reviews for this place, so I told myself.. it doesn't hurt to just try out this place. The dentist was honest about what he was telling me about the status of my teeth. He was polite and friendly. He handled my teeth very carefully.. the only thing I didn't like was his assistant. One of the ladies there was cleaning my teeth after I had did a molding for one of my teeth.. she didn't do a very good job because she made my mouth hurt.. she kept poking my gums with her tool.. it hurt. But I'll be back..

The staff even went beyond to work with my insurance to figure out how my coverage could go from 10% to 40% saving me over $1,000. Just a few months later I had an emergency after chipping a tooth the day before traveling and they got me in immediately, made me feel so much better after the stress and fear of what it'd look like and how long it would last. You can't even tell that I chipped my tooth and I am so grateful they made time for me the minute I called them. I went with great trepidation to see what this office was like, being situated almost within walking distance from my home. Every member of the staff that I met in my first visit and two calls (before meeting the doctor) was amazing. They were supportive, kind, and best of all they were very reassuring. I took the plunge and made an appointment. As it turned out, Dr. Rosenheck is the best part of his already wonderful practice. He is just as reassuring and kind, but also very knowledgeable and skilled at dentistry. He was able to help me get the work that I needed, to identify the best order of priority, and to provide paperwork necessary for my other doctor relating to medication I am taking. I've now been in several times for everything from a cleaning to crowns, and every experience has been positive. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenheck! Oh, and to further recommend him, his prices were fair (I don't carry dental insurance). He both recommended fewer treatments than the last dentist who looked at my teeth, and also charged less for each line item recommended. I appreciated his honest appraisal, and his fairness in pricing.

They took care of me in one day (x-ray, cleaning) and charged me $18 with my insurance for my whole visit. They took thorough x-rays and pointed out each tooth I should keep an eye on. Another dentist told me I grind my teeth (which was sus atm), but they told me doesn't look like I grind my teeth because only the front bottom looks a little flat which most likely my orthodontist shaved it down to make my teeth more straight. My experience with Dr. Vinh and his staff was excellent…read more They worked me in as a new patient on the same day(!) to examine a tooth that was having severe pain from a filling two months prior. Dr. Vinh examined the tooth, took x-rays as well as actual images of the filling and found that the filling was on an area where the body was rejecting it due to it being outside of the biological width of the area. He explained what was happening by showing a quick video as well as diagrams. He reccomended an extraction, after discussing and explaining other non-invasive alternatives, and offered to perform it at that moment. I decided to proceed with the extraction. They provided instructions for care and Dr. Vinh personally called me in the afternoon to check on my recovery. Aetna Insurance (PPO) covered most of the procedure, and the out of pocket expense was literally 1/10th of what I would have been subjected to at my previous dentist. I am grateful to not be in pain, and would reccomend Sequoia Smiles and Dr. Vinh as a primary dentist.

My braces was completed faster than expected plan, and it looks as I expected. Filling was pretty standard, but one of my filling fell off after 3 years (it was at the edge and I guess I bit too hard). The wisdom teeth removal was excellent for me (for the two upper teeth). It was done too fast that I prepared myself for nothing. They also gives clear instruction and called to check everything is fine. I didnt even have to take ibuprofen at night because there is no pain (only takes one dose because I was afraid the pain would kick in). One plus thing is when they inject the anesthesia medicine, they did pretty well and I didnt feel pain, so that alone could be enough for me to go here. This place is always busy lol and you know if a place is busy it means they did good. I must admit that the price is slightly higher than the other online quote I found (but you know quote means nothing and I only have been going here so I really cant say lol), but you get what you pay for. If you have good insurance and want to have a good experience, I would recommend this place. Oh and about the price issue, I did research and I found out that it is yours responsibility to check and understand your insurance. It's quite a long read, but yeah you have to learn how insurance work.

The staff is kind, patient and make my mom feel welcome and cared for. They are careful to include me in the communication process, so I can make it easier on my mom. Dr. Parikh invested the time to come up with a treatment plan that aligned with my mom's insurance, to minimize her out of pocket costs while also minimizing disruption to her ability to easily use her teeth as these treatments happen over time. Both he and his wife (the other Dr. Parikh) are kind, caring providers, and it's clear their leadership in the practice carries over to everyone else, because everyone working there exhibits the same, thoughtful bedside manner.
