Our car was rear ended at a red light, minor damage. Had appointment setup to have car repaired. Husband of driver that hit out car was also there to pay the bill (they wanted to avoid insurance). They asked, Nelson, if their car could have caused the dent on the rear of our car, he said no. Huh? The women admitted to hitting our car. Nelson, was not present when the accident happened, nor should he give his useless opinion on what caused the damage to our car. Do yourself a favor take your car to Classic Collision Tamarac - they are rock stars. We called the woman's insurance company they directed us to Classic Collision. Classic Collision handled everything, even arranged for the rental car. Long story short, we tried to be nice and let the woman pay to fix the car directly. We took the time to get three bids and help the woman out, in the end we should've gone directly to her insurance company. Auto Collision Teck lost out on a repair - you can thank, Nelson.
