When I asked about the differences between two running shoes, I was told it was "personal preference" without any explanation of how the shoes actually differed. When I asked about two custom insole options, the employee simply read the product names back to me rather than explaining the features or benefits of each. What surprised me most was that the one topic every employee seemed eager to discuss was the VIP membership. I learned far more about the membership program than I did about the products I came in to buy. I also found several employees dismissive when I asked follow-up questions, which made the experience feel more frustrating than helpful. The entire reason I chose a specialty running store instead of shopping online was to get knowledgeable guidance. Instead, I left feeling like I had learned almost nothing and would have been better off doing my own research. Very disappointing experience.

I placed an online order, after reviewing my order summary I noticed I ordered the wrong size. I immediately contacted the store. Mike one of the store's owners, provided excellent customer service by not just fixing my error but taking the time to talk to me about his store's collection. When I mentioned my goal of shopping small, he also shared that his store is involved in community service. Once my order arrived the quality of the shirt exceeded my expectations, I will definitely order again. And will make time to visit their store in the near future. A+.

A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). Was doing some footwork during the Jordan 5 Wolf Grey drop last Saturday. Stopped by a WSS close by…read moreto this one asking if they had the wolf greys in. They had mentioned that the store on Sepulveda Blvd had them in. It was a 10 minute drive so decided to take my chances and check the drop out. While parking, I saw a line of about 10 people in front, so decided to get in line. While in line I can hear these guys talking out loud saying that they're just going for the biggest size. This is a highly sought after sneaker so didn't think the store representatives would just let someone ask for the biggest size. Boy was I wrong. I get it, the shops just want to sell the shoes and make their money, but each shop should have some rules for shoes that are highly sought after. Like not let people just ask for the biggest size. Have them write down or ask for 2-3 sizes, if they don't have the sizes, then they can move to the side and wait until the whole line is done before letting them just grab whatever pair they want. Also the guy in front of me got my size so I got super salty because he was one of the guys saying he's just asking for the biggest size. One of the representatives had stated that they had just sold the last pair of my size, so that really annoyed the crap out of me. These retail shops know what shoes are really sought after and which ones will probably sit for a while. I did like that they only allowed each customer one pair to purchase, either one men's or one GS pair. Not sure if someone can get in line once they make their first purchase but heck at least they had that rule. Unlike other shops that let people grab two to three pairs all at once. People will always show up and buy these type of sought after sneakers. I surely hope they read this review and make some changes for certain sneaker drops.
