The menu is massive, and they have a ton of margaritas and other cocktails (sadly I couldn't enjoy this time - had to drive). I tried the Camarones à la diabla and the enchiladas verde. Both were very good. The enchilada verde sauce was really tasty complimented the meat and cheese well. The camarones à la diabla was also delicious, and not overwhelmingly spicy. The portions are pretty generous, and our waiter was very friendly - the prices are also super reasonable. If you're in Eureka and want a good sit down Mexican restaurant, check them out.

This quesadilla was a cut above any quesadilla I've ever had before. I'm really looking forward to coming back and trying more menu items and although I don't get to Eureka very often, I will now. I think this was my mistake: I ordered potatoes in it, but no beans, and I think it was a bit dry, as well as small. Plus I didn't ask for hot sauce. These are my decisions. I will probably get another chance to make better choices at Macho Nacho sometime this year. I enjoy getting the chicken strips tossed in the bourbon buffalo sauce. The chicken is always juicy and I like the buffalo sauce. I got a pizza last time and it was fine, if not spectacular.
