I do not recommend this place. There were NO prices on anything. Absolutely nothing had a price. You have to ask the guy behind the counter every time you wanted to know the price of an item and when he did tell you it was higher then most places. Not worth stopping in. Just came here for the new Ralph's Ice Hard Seltzer's. The guy at the register was very nice and helpful. I called a couple weeks ago to ask if it were in stock and he told me when to expect the next order so I can be there to get my case. Super helpful and nice. You really have to check the expiration or born on date On whatever your buying at this place. I don't mind overpaying for a six pack every once in a while but paying top dollar for an expired craft sixpack sucks. I'm done with this place. I gave them one star just because they were open & The place is both dirty and dusty. Parking is terrible and their selection and prices are out of whack.. I went there looking for Manhattan specials and there were none. When I asked the guy behind the counter he said he doesn't think they were going to continue to carry them any longer.. This place is Super Cool! A great find if your looking for unique beers. I must thank my SIL for telling me! They have a lot of great craft bottle beers that you won't find anywhere else on the island. We picked up Sixpoint CREAM and Left Hand Nitro. They have some beers on tap if you have growlers which is pretty cool. The staff is helpful and easy going which is always nice! They are a tad messy and unorganized but it's a beer place so I guess I'm asking to much lol! They are a bit expense but that goes for saying since they are prob the only place that sells this stuff! Holiday has become a staple in my neighborhood. They offer the best selection of beer & sometimes a few select varieties of sangria/wine up front near the register. The customer service is great; cashiers are always friendly and go out of their way to help you make a selection or carry your stuff to the car. Especially Lorenzo & Jerry. Huge selection! Prices are very fair and owner was very helpful. He had one of his workers assist with carrying multiple cases of beer to my car. Having just moved to NY from rhode island, and being lover of craft beer, finding holiday beverage was one of the best finds to date. This place truly is a gem, they're a little shop but don't let size fool you they have ALOT to offer. Wall to wall craft beer with only the smallest cooler for domestics. Absolutely fantastic selections for any kind of beer drinker from the newly found craft lovers to the seasoned beer bellied veterans. Also, the help was something to write home about! Great attitudes and super helpful, definitely something I've found to be a rarity having recently moved to New York. If you're looking for a place to buy craft beer on Staten Island, you need to check this spot out. They have a pretty big selection of craft beer from a lot of different breweries, both domestic and imports. Their selection constantly changes, and they usually get stuff that is in high demand. Everyone who works there is super helpful. The staff knows their stuff when it comes to beer. They will let you know what beers they just got in, or are getting in. This store also has a growler station, with a pretty decent selection. Another great thing about this place is that most of the beers they sell, all have prices written on the bottle, so you know how much everything will cost before you even get to the register. We were super excited to discover Holiday Beverage. They have an extensive selection of beer, the widest selection I've seen on Staten Island. They carry a huge variety of craft beers, including seasonal brews. The staff is helpful and knowledgable. Their pricing is not comparable to what you see in Jersey, but the selection and locality make up for it. I moved from NJ where you can get beer, wine, and liquor all in one store which to most people would seem pretty logical. However, in NYC, you can buy only wine and liquor in one store and you buy beer at a gas station or a supermarket where the craft beer selections are not really existent. Then I discovered Holiday Beverage! This place is awesome. They have a huge selection of craft beers and if they don't have what you are looking for they will order it for you. The sales person was very helpful. The prices were average, NJ will always be cheaper, but this place really is great for the beer lover. read more

Ever since the demise of many well known beer distributors on our little Isle of Staten, (and I will mention them in this article) finding a good craft beer has become an exceedingly difficult task. Of course, we have supermarkets that supply domestic beer along with certain imports, and a select handful of rarities, but aside from all that our choices are limited. When I was growing up, we had A&C beer distributors on Amboy Road, Sweetbrook beverages on Richmond Ave, and Lug-a-chug on Hylan Blvd; all which have long since vanished. Today, there are fewer places so unfortunately, we must make due with what we have. Holiday beverage center is perfect if you are looking for a mind-numbing selection of well hopped inebriants! The staff is pleasant, helpful, and more than knowledgeable when it comes to finding something you are looking for, but don't know what the hell it is!
