Check in process is easy, bellboy carts are located in the outside lobby so you can load up your things for ease of transport of all those Lucy luggage bags making you look like a hobo just kidding. You know what I mean. Easy check-in and spacious rooms, hot water on demand in the showers and tabs. Dove body wash, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Solid linens and towels. Bed is comfortable. Lobby has sodas and snacks for sale and the reason why I'm writing this review is because the hotel restaurant is surprisingly delicious and there is complementary coffee and tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The room didn't feel clean. It's an older place so it could use some upgrades. Pick up food if you need it before heading here. Tv is in such a weird spot because it sticks out in the walkway if you angle it towards the bed area. They do have microwave, coffee and fridge in your room. And our room had 2 beds and a pull out sofa so it was enough room for us. It was ok because we really only came back to sleep and didn't spend anytime in the room. read more

This hotel stay was.... Interesting. We were in the area for a beer festival and dinner at a friend's house and decided to stay in town for the night since it's a far drive from the Tacoma area. This hotel is walking distance from our friend's house so we opted to stay here and Expedia photos made it look like an excellent option. I will praise them for their service. When we arrived we were greeted nicely and right away and check-in was a breeze. All employees we came across during our stay were kind. The hotel itself is rather outdated. I'd say the most up-to-date spot is the restaurant, which was full every time we passed it and everybody seemed to have a great time. They also had a full bar which normally we'd take advantage of but were on a time crunch the entire stay so we didn't. Pros: The room was a good size and we had a mini fridge, microwave, and simple amenities for convenience during the stay. The AC was absolutely frigid which was much appreciated on a warm day. The bed was actually pretty comfy, too! For the most part, everything in the hotel that we encountered was also really clean. Cons: As mentioned before, pretty outdated. The ceilings in our room were super tall and the walls were completely bare so it felt very hospital-esque. Also, popcorn ceilings. Eeek. And lastly, the air conditioning unit in our room straight up had loose wires hanging from the INSIDE of it at the bottom. We didn't touch it, but not entirely sure if that was super safe. My biggest gripe of all? The price. We paid a little over $300 for our room, plus an incidental hold of $100 at check-in. The price for the quality is absolutely wild. I could see paying around $175 for the night, but $300 is wildddd. I'm confident we wouldn't choose to stay here again but it wasn't a terrible experience. I just think there's probably better options in the area if you're going to be spending that much money on a single night (like McMenamins, just an Uber ride away!) read more

I had an admittedly complicated reservation. Both Rosario Esquivel (Front Desk Clerk) and her supervisor, Chris Gloria, were incredibly helpful. We enjoy the many amenities this chain offers frequently-- the pool and hot tub always seem to be in prime condition when we visit (VERY fun for my 6 y/o & nieces and nephew to visit), service dog accommodations are a must, the breakfast is incredibly satisfying all the time, the rooms are clean and at this one-- the Bothell business district location -- the hospitality was unreal. These two when we checked in, Ms. Esquivel & Mr. Gloria, were my favorite Holiday Inn employees I've ever encountered. We ended up staying at the Everett location this time due to circumstances, but I will never hesitate to book with them. Absolutely wonderful service in a fantastic hotel. They'll get my recommendation 10 times out of 10. Keep it up! I definitely recommend you stay here, whether for business or personal travel. A fantastic experience!! read more

Stayed here with my sister, check in was super easy, elevators were a little slow, I could go up the stairs faster, but thankfully I was only on the second floor. Room was big enough for me and her, it had a pull out couch that was a decent size. Even if you had six people there would still be enough bed room. Bathroom was big, so was the shower. Sink was out of the bathroom with a big light up mirror, good for doing makeup and hair if you're going anywhere fancy. Also had a full body mirror. Got to breakfast around 8:30, because it closes at 9 it was very busy. The girl that was working there was wonderful, offering different things, super helpful and friendly. Our food came in a to go bag, so we had to eat in our room. The food tasted ok. At night the people above us either had a kid or a dog because someone kept running around up there, super annoying. Wasn't loud enough for me to call the front desk. Pool is very clean and warm, hot tub is awesome, super warm and comfortable, has multiple jets, closes late, and also has a great outdoor space with swinging chairs. Breakfast tastes a lot better when you get there early, but you have to be there super early at like 6:30 so you get your order fast and have a chance to get good seating. The girl there was amazing again asking if we wanted syrup or coffee, can't remember her name but she had black bangs and I think her name started with a j. If I could give her a rating on her service it would be 5 stars. Very very kind, like a bee going back and forth asking if people need anything else, stayed there for 3 days and every time I went back for breakfast she never changed her attitude or mood towards people. Awesome restaurant, elevators probably need to be replaced or fixed because their really slow, but other than that pretty good hotel, you do have to pay for food if you don't get a voucher, but it's always below $15. I've stayed at the holiday inn express many times in many locations. Would not stay at this one again. The room smelled so strong like some kind of air freshener that we had to sleep with the window open. I have allergies and it made me instantly sick. Pretty average hotel and on par with other Holiday Inns. Booked the Sip & Stay deal from the Woodinville Wine Country website. With the promo code, you get a discounted room and up to two Woodinville Wine Passports. I called before I booked to be sure the promo code was still active, and it was a CHALLENGE to get anyone in the phone who had even the slightest idea of what I was talking about. I booked the stay and then called to confirm. The manager confirmed our passports and gift bag would be waiting for us at check-in. Of course when we arrived, the person checking us in was had no clue what we were talking about and it took a solid 30-40 minutes for him to find our bag after calling the manager. The room was decent and clean (sans the dead fly on the floor in the bathroom). We had a suite, and the kitchenette was bizarre. It had a refrigerator and microwave and a bunch of cupboards and drawers, but all the cupboards and drawers were completely empty. No plates, utensils... nothin. The breakfast in the morning is more than just the typical continental breakfast, but save your tastebuds and avoid the scrambled eggs. The pancakes however were super fluffy and tasty. There is also a self-serve snack bar near the front desk with various options. You just grab what you want and scan your items and run your card... super easy. read more

Let's walk through the pros and cons, and I'm certain you'll feel the same. -Pro: it has amenities such as a bar, fitness center, pool, ice machine, coffee, and water -Con: the bar and the pool are "closed for maintenance" for an unspecified amount of time (front desk thinks probably several more months), the ice machine has been down our entire 5-day stay, coffee is available briefly in the morning, the water was there day 1 in the morning and has yet to reappear, and while they do have a fitness center (1tread, 1bike, 1 elliptical, free weights, yoga ball, and 1 bosu), it's so tiny that you're bumping into each other when only 2 ppl are in it -Pro: it's a room -Con: the layout structurally and aesthetically looks like it was done by a student who had no idea how to utilize space effectively and was just learning the basics of mudding, caulking, etc It looks like they invested in a few updates in terms of furniture but neglected the overall structure of the room -Pro: it has a very large tv that, although awkwardly placed between the bedroom and sitting area, does tilt to each side -Con: if you plan to use the pull out couch bed, the tv will make it impossible to get to the other side of the room without crawling onto the bed Pro: There is a pullout couch bed if you have additional family members with you Con: The edges of this bed must have been procured from Guantanamo torture devices. My husband slashed open his leg on the bottom corner which was incredibly sharp for something you sleep on -Pro: Plenty of lighting in the room -Con: the bathroom vanity and bedside lights just might have burned their images into my retinas with how intense they are. No one needs that bright of lighting unless they're using it to shock themselves awake in the mornings -Pro: it has a microwave, small sink, and fridge (no freezer) -Con: the sink is so tiny 1 bowl barely fits into it, the fridge holds very little, and the room smells of many over-microwaved meals -Pro: plenty of spots to store things (including a coat rack!-- if this is a selling feature for you, then to each his own) -Pro: there is a bathroom -Con: good luck getting more than the standard 2 towels. Even if you have gone to the front desk to get a 3rd, the cleaning crew will only replace 2 towels. The bars of soap for the tub and bathroom vanity are shorter than my thumb and just a little wider, so don't get overzealous soaping up! Let me start this first by saying the hotel rooms and facilities are very nice, and this is coming from a guy that has stayed in roughly 100+ Holiday Inns. Now the cons. The service here is terrible. First, I checked in on a Monday afternoon, and it took the front desk about 10 minutes to say even one word to me (and it wasn't even a greeting). Second, after being here for 3 days, house keeping never once came by my room. Not even to take out trash. With that being said, I'm not from Washington, so I don't know if that's a rule here. Lastly, and I sincerely hope the hotel management reads this. I needed to extend my stay by about a week. I was informed that they would need to change my room due to the length of my stay (1 extra week). I asked for the management to call me so we could talk about this, and never got any contact from them. I finally decided, because they count call a guest, instead of packing my stuff to another room, I would pack my stuff to another hotel. I'm a diamond member with IHG, and would not recommend this place strictly on the service alone. read more

The lobby looks nice enough, but the rooms are laid out a bit odd. The TV is half way between the sitting area and the bedroom with neither really being able to see t he TV well. The hotel amenities are pretty much non-existent unless you are willing to pay extra. $18 for a breakfast of what looks to be powdered eggs and mystery meat is a bit much. They don't even have complimentary coffee except in the room where you only get one packet of sweetener and one packet of non-dairy creamer. If you want real creamer, you have to pay $18 for their breakfast. Oh, and if you get a room near their laundry room, one of their machines has been broken for a few weeks and it is LOUD! In two stays several weeks apart, I have been in the room above and the room beside. They don't stop doing laundry until after 7pm. The staff is super nice, but even awesome staff cannot save this review from being one star. read more

I have to give it one to even post this, but ZERO stars. Went to a concert on July 10 for which we had booked this room months in advance. Fully paid. Got told at the front desk at 11 PM that they couldn't check us in due to overbooking. They didn't offer to ask the most recent reservation to leave, they just told us we were SOL. We had to find another room through a 3rd-party reservation site from the parking lot of this hotel. To top it off, the company did NOTHING for us. We went back to this hotel the next day to speak to the manager and she avoided us for two hours while we waited in the lobby, then told us she "didn't appreciate" our being angry about the situation. I wish I could review the room, or the breakfast, or the bar, or the pool, or literally anything about the hotel BUT WE WERE TURNED AWAY WITH A RESERVATION TWO MONTHS IN ADVANCE. The chain that owns this hotel, IHG, was also of no help whatsoever. We eventually did get a refund, although the guy at the front desk the night we were turned away didn't note anything in the system saying THEY had messed up and simply canceled the reservation, making it look like we had canceled it. It took hours on the phone with IHG to even get refunded. We got zero compensation for this debacle. Don't stay at this or any IHG hotel, ever. read more

Fantastic hotel tucked away in the trees in Bothell. Well thought out amenities and extras! My room was large and spotless. Amenities included plug-ins and charging ports on BOTH sides of the bed, eco-friendly dispensers for for soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion, several lights around the room as well as OVERHEAD lighting that made the room light and bright so I could actually get work done! The bed was comfortable, with some of the softest sheets ever. The pool is small but a very comfortable temperature. The hotel offers a hot tub that I did not try. The workout room is small but has many options - treadmill, stairstepper, bicycle, exercise ball, and free weights. Everything was clean. A made-to-order breakfast is included, which was a lovely surprise! The Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Sue was exceptionally helpful and very welcoming to the hotel. The other staff all went out of their way to be friendly. I visit this area regularly and I look forward to coming back. read more

Overall good. The lobby has been updated and looks really nice, but it seems that's where the updating stopped. I can tell they are trying though because some of the things in our room looked obviously newer than others. The room has tasteful lamps, mirror, art, etc and their key cards and all media print look super posh with updated text (not something everyone would notice but I definitely did), also had a nice big 60" or so flat screen tv which is nice. The rest of the room however, is super outdated. The upholstered furniture is in good condition but just ugly, the wood furniture (head board, nightstands, coffee table) are actually in bad condition on top of being ugly (scratched, chipped, etc)...not a good look. Entire room needs fresh paint job and in the bathroom above the shower there is visible black spots, what I presume is mold). Despite this, the room feels and looks clean. They definitely need to invest in updating the furniture and freshening up the paint, carpet is clean and looks good. Make some changes and this place will be on level with some of the nicer hotel brands. Best part of our stay was the front desk guy, Brent...he was extremely helpful, friendly and genuine. I worked for Marriott for years and our front desk staff was no where near as on top of things as he was. I even made a comment to my guy that Brent was impressive, even with just something as simple as checking us in. I made a fuss, and the front desk guy said he'd lower it to $50. I didn't have a choice as it was late and many places were full (and I wasn't familiar with the area), so I gave him my debit card. Considering the great rate, you still get a lot of hospitable amenities when you stay here: -Super close to the wineries, a must see in my opinion -All of the rooms have fridges and microwaves so you do not feel like you need to eat out your entire stay -The beds and pillows were were really comfortable -Water pressure in the shower was great (I'm super picky about this!) -Free wifi didn't require a daily login and provided good coverage all weekend -The complimentary breakfast was yummy - fresh fruit, coffee, waffle maker, eggs, sausage and pastries were all available. I love that they don't lock up the water and juice machine so you can access them all day long. -The staff was super friendly - especially Andy!!! -The hotel has bikes you can use which I've never seen at a hotel before - super cool! Worst experience I have had at a hotel. Upon arrival with a reservation we were told that they were full and had no rooms available. We we then told to wait 20 minutes while the front desk called the manager, after which nothing changed. He said we would get a refund but nothing else. No help booking another nearby hotel or any sort of compensation for our wasted time. After wasting a little over 30 minutes at this hotel it was now 11pm and we were stuck trying to find a late last minute hotel in the area. They had our reservation information printed out when we got there. They could have called us prior to our arrival, offered to put us up in another hotel, or anything! We decided to go down to Seattle, and find a really good deal on Hotwire.com, which booked us for one night at the red lions inn bothell, and we were really surprised about the great service, people was really kind and always trying to find the way to make u feel comfortable. The rooms were very clean, and comfy, with two queen size beds two flat screens, breakfast, WIFI, and parking included, I think it was a pretty good deal for our money. We definitely will be back. There is an indoor pool not to big but very nice and warm, as well as a jacuzzi. The breakfast had waffles, eggs, sausages, cereal, juice, milk, English muffins. read more

Made a reservation on Hotwire and then when we got there, the hotel was called something else (Bothell Inn & Suites) ...They told us there were no more rooms (even though the parking lot was only half full) and that we would need to leave. No offer for assistance finding other accommodation or explanation as to what had gone wrong. Also notably awful is that they had our information printed out when we got there, and could have called, but didn't. There was a Wendy's cup from a previous customer in our room upon arrival which was just the beginning of the uncleanliness you'll find here. There's dirt on the carpet, black mold in the bathroom, and I found used dental floss on the floor. When we asked an attendant for some amenities they didn't seem happy to have been put at an inconvenience. This hotel is mediocre at best and it's cleanliness is on par with that of a cheap motel. Breakfast is included, which seems nice, except it's always too crowded and the selection is small and not appetizing. Even if you get a good price for the place, please consider others. read more

We booked 4 nights but when we arrived we told them only need to stay 3 nights and the guy at the front desk said no problem, I will take off your last night. When we checked out, our bill had 4 nights and I told the woman at the front desk why are you charging me for tonight, I am checking out right now and told her that it should have been taken off our bill, she said she couldn't do anything now and we needed to call Expedia. We are doing some home renovation, so we needed a place to stay away from home for a couple of days. On the suggestion of a friend, we used Priceline to get a place nearby and we ended up at the Red Lion. The room was clean and simple and that was enough for us since we were just there for the night - until we got up the next morning to take a shower and we realized that there's mold in the bathroom. We figured it's just that room but we should probably stay somewhere else the next night if we need to. The place where we stayed the second night was worse but we ended up having to be out of the house for a third night and because of its location and relative price, we decided to give Red Lion a second chance. This time the room was on the top floor (yay!), but it smelled very heavily like cigarette smoke (not yay), so we asked to be moved to a different room. The concierge was accommodating (though did not seem to really care that the room smelled like smoke) and gave us a new room. The new room did not smell like smoke. The new room also had mold. Since it was late at night and at this point we were tired and needed a place to stay, we did, but of the three rooms we saw at the Red Lion, one smelled like smoke and two had mold and we don't even know if the one that smelled like smoke has mold because we didn't check. Overall, we would not stay there again unless we absolutely had to and we would not want to stay for more than a night because of the mold which appears to be in every bathroom. The place was clean otherwise, but mold is not really our jam. read more

We just stayed here and the staff here was exceptional. Aaron the general Manger went above and beyond to resolve an issue we had created ourselves. This is the second time we have stayed here in the last 10 months and it will be our go to hotel every-time we stay up there. Wow! Moving from that other cut-rate motel to here, paying a few dollars a night more for a clean, quiet, comfortable, big suite is a real move up. Indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Big, REAL breakfast. Free Wi-fi. Carpet everywhere. Why rent a room anywhere else unless it has a kitchenette? The little extra money spent on a room here is well worth it! I spent a week here. Excellent for the money. Use that "other' reservation site. Only drawback is that you're miles from shops, restaurants and stores. read more

First off I read reviews before I booked so I kind of knew the rooms were going to be slightly dated. We got the Queen Suite and it's a good size but it is definitely beyond dated, like OLD. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling and bubbled with noticeable stains, mold, and mildew. The room also smelled like a senior home, with a mildewy somewhat like urine smell. There are two tv's in the suite and can be a perk except when they're mirrored and you can't switch them and they also don't have a single kids channel. There was visible mold on the ceilings and the walls in the bathroom and the smell is very unpleasant. The beds were uncomfortable and housekeeping didn't clean the suite. Upon arrival there was blonde hair on the floor near the beds, crumbs on the floor, hair and debris on the bathroom floor. When we called front desk we were told that housekeeping was gone for the day (we arrived at 4pm) but the receptionist said she would come up and take care of the room herself. The walls are so paper thin that we could hear our neighbor snoring loudly ALL night long, we could hear the people from upstairs conversations as well as in the hallway, and the hallways have a stench very similar to bad B.O 24/7. The next day we left our room so housekeeping could clean it but it was very obvious to the naked eye that it didn't get cleaned at all, there was crumbs on the floor showing that it clearly hadn't been vacuumed (again), and that all the lady did was give us new towels and toiletries, and who actually knows if anything was actually cleaned because the beds looked very lumpy and haphazardly made. The bathroom had hair and dust on the floor. By this point I was so annoyed with the lack of housekeeping's ability to do their job and "clean" that I called front desk and asked for them to please bring me a vacuum so that I could clean it myself as it was clear it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned. Housekeeping showed up all annoyed and advised me that it was a liability for her to leave the vacuum with me so she would vacuum it for me. As she vacuumed you could clearly hear things be sucked up the vacuum so obviously she didn't vacuum it during her routine. I expect these types of incidences at a Motel 6 NOT the Red Lion Inn and Suites. The sofa bed had stains on the couch and seats and so we didn't even bother using it because we were so grossed out. Honestly, if we could've been refunded without penalty the day we arrived we would've left and not endured staying 3 nights. Then the 3rd day we opted to not deal with housekeeping and their lack of work ethic so we just left our towels outside the door so that we could get new ones, made our own beds, and cleaned our rooms as if we worked for Red Lion Inn and Suites when clearly we do not. When we left our room we noticed housekeeping making her rounds, not once as we passed by rooms did we hear a vacuum being used, not even before we left our room and could hear them moving around in the neighboring rooms due to the paper thin walls did we ever hear a vacuum being utilized. I have come to the conclusion they only scan the room/floors with their eyeballs and decipher that the rooms don't need to be vacuumed to save time. When we left and came back to the hotel which was well after the time that housekeeping leaves the property about 3:30pm I stopped by the front desk and asked for towels, a box of Kleenex, and a roll of toilet paper and explained that we didn't bother with having housekeeping clean our room because they haven't done it since our arrival. The front desk lady asked what room we were in, flipped through her black binder and said matter of factly, "Oh yes, I have it shown here that Housekeeping did clean your room today" I was pretty surprised since we had the "Do Not Disturb" sign left hanging on our door when we left. But I took her word and we went up to our room, when we entered the room NO big surprise, our room was exactly as we had left it, no towels, no toilet paper, no Kleenex. I called down to the front desk and advised the same receptionist that our room was not cleaned and we needed towels, toilet paper, and Kleenex. She didn't even seem embarrassed for telling me there was documentation showing that our room had been cleaned when it hadn't been. She seemed more annoyed to have to bring me the items that I originally advised we needed. And don't even bother asking for a later checkout as we were told, "Red Lion has a strict late check out policy" which means they will not give you a later checkout time. Our son will be attending UW for the next four years and we will be back to the Seattle area to visit often but we will NEVER stay in this hotel ever again and it has also deterred us from staying at any Red Lion establishment. We will definitely take the opportunity to advise our friends and family of our experience here so that they know to skip this hotel also! read more

The room itself was nice enough. HOWEVER the buttons on the AC unit did not work so I could not turn it off. When I woke up in the middle of the night absolutely frozen I called the front desk twice for help and got no answer. I was not about to go down from the top floor at 2am when there was clearly nobody minding the desk. After a lot of cold and frustrating button smashing I finally got under the unit and unplugged it. I went back to sleep fully dressed under all the blankets and every towel I had in the room. When I checked out this morning I let the girl at the desk know what had happened. She said "oh yeah the buttons on the units don't do anything. There is a thermostat on the wall behind the TV. Maintenance just hasn't gotten around to removing the buttons on the units in every room yet so some are still there but don't control it" Behind the giant flat screen tv that's mounted to the wall? If I want to turn off the AC I need to pull the tv away from the wall because the fully lit control display on the AC unit doesn't actually do anything?! I mentioned there was no answer at the desk when I called, no mention at check in that my room may or may not have had a completed conversion so I should look BEHIND MY TV, and no note or sign in the room explaining this ridiculous setup. All she had to say was "Yeah, I'm sorry. Were you cold?" OF COURSE I WAS COLD! The bed is 2feet from the AC that couldn't be shut off! All I got was another "yeah sorry about that. Well you're all checked out now so you're set." This was a terrible nights stay compounded by awful customer service after the fact. I left absolutely speechless and utterly furious. read more

We got this 2-queen suite through Groupon, so the price wasn't too bad, and we thought a Red Lion should be pretty decent. It was just alright (barely). My very first impression, when we got there to check in, I walked up to the registration desk....and the girl working the desk had to first finish her text, or update her Facebook page, or whatever the hell she was doing on her phone before she looked up at me. The rest of the check-in went OK, but I just felt like I was somehow inconveniencing her by being there. A few hours later I went down to get some towels (there were exactly 2 towels in our room the size of hand towels, nothing else!) and she was sitting in the lobby watching TV. After I asked, I got a look that said, "I wish these people would just leave me alone." Later in the afternoon, I went out to my car to get something and there were several families waiting to check in, and nobody at the desk at all. The room cleanliness was so-so. We also had the black mold in the shower, and while the room looked like it had been cleaned by housekeeping, it didn't look like they ever did a deep cleaning to the room. Food splatters on the wall, grime and fingerprints around light switches, etc. While it may not have been any dirtier than the average house, you kind of expect a hotel to step it up a bit. The pool area was OK, but the hot tub is still broken. My daughter lives for swimming, so she was very disappointed when our first night there, the same absent front desk clerk from earlier came in and threw everyone out of the pool. She apologized, but said everyone needed to leave the pool area, and gave no explanation. The next evening, I tried to take my daughter swimming again, and there were several older kids/teenagers playing some kind of football/keep away/roughhousing game in the pool, way too many people for the pool, playing a game way too rough for a pool with smaller children around. The clerk (different one) didn't seem to care too much when a few parents complained. We were able to go first thing the next morning, had the pool all to ourselves, and no towels! I will say though, that the beds were comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. Our neighbors above us were quite noisy, bumping things around, kids running through the room, literally all hours of the night. After being woken up for the who knows how many times about 2am, I called the front desk to ask if he could call or talk to them. He said he would, and he did. The noises stopped and we never heard another thing from them the rest of the night, so there's that. All in all, while it wasn't the worst hotel experience I've ever had, it was bad enough to make me stay away unless there was no other choice. read more

We stayed here for a baseball tournament and couldn't be more pleased. Staff was great room was great. All in all a wonderful experience. What made it wonderful? There was no road noise, no noise from other rooms which in itself is amazing and never heard anyone above or beside us, that to me is a win win every time!! Kudos read more

We pricelined 4 nights here on our vacation up to the Seattle area. Doing it this way, saved us $160 or $40/night from the advertised room rate. The room would be an excellent deal for the price offered, but an absolute steal for what we bid and was accepted. The shower was great and the hotel-provided shampoos and soaps are amazing. The bed was perfectly comfortable, and provided a great landing spot for our nights. We were grateful for the King suite, with a sitting room available, as we were in town visiting my partner's daughter and her husband and their new baby. They were able to visit with us without feeling like they were invading our "bedroom." Would recommend! read more

There are 2 Holiday Inns in Bothell. You want the OTHER ONE. No complimentary breakfast like there is at every other Hol Inn. Room was not clean - found hair in 3 different places on arrival plus floor not vacuumed. Supposedly it was remodeled by my room looked like it was stopped part way through. No cover plate on an outlet plus every single wall had a stain or a hole that had been repaired so poorly you would think a child did the drywall/paint. No freezer in the fridge - never had that happen before in all the hotels I've stayed in. Toilet did not work right. Hallway floor not vacuumed. Pile of glass from a recent car break-in sat in the parking lot, with other garbage, for several days. Also, asked for a quiet room, got a room below a football team. Nice that there is laundry room here, but it was totally trashed. One elevator broken (not in use for some reason?) made for lots of long waits. It's a place where the management has no interest in what is going on. IHG - you need to look at this one. read more
