Terrible! Do NOT go there. 1) Dirty towels: I ended up with rashes all over! 2) I have bruises all over my back! I'm still in so much pain. I can't even bend. It's been 2 weeks! This should be a lawsuit! 3) Overcharged me and the owner argued with me ! 4) He also complained about tip. He said it was too little! And told me how much I need to give. I should've gave NO tip! It had been awhile since our last foot massage so the three of us were excited to finally find a date to pamper ourselves. The place may be under new management but it runs pretty much the same as before. I noticed they now have a chair massage option as well, (where you lean over into the chair). My one friend likes lots of pressure for her massages so when I booked one week before, I made sure to tell them I need one strong person. I reminded them before we started and I pointed to my friend and said she's the one that likes hard massages. Our one hour went by quickly. My masseuse gave me quite a firm massage, harder than I have ever had before. I thought this masseuse would have been exactly what my friend wanted. During our massage I could hear people coming in and requesting massages but they were full at the time so they were being asked to return at a different time, so reservations are recommended. My friend who wanted the firm massage actually got the opposite so I do believe they got us mixed up. She unfortunately received a mild massage. Our other friend had the gentleman I have had before (Mike) and she really enjoyed her hour. They do try to get you to upgrade to a combo body/foot massage but the three of us love their foot massages. It was a good experience though I was sore for a couple days after my massage. There is plenty of parking. The shopping center was calm and quiet on this Friday afternoon. read more

Every time I come here, I always ask myself why I don't know more often. I had the most amazing combo foot reflexology/ table massage for $60. Wow. He massaged out all my kinks in my neck, shoulder, feet, tightness in my arms, legs from playing over 10+ hrs of tennis on a weekly basis. The massage parlor is not fancy or updated at all, it's seen a lot of years. This place is pretty good for their prices, I haven't seen anything cheaper yet. I can't believe I'm just now reviewing this place! We have been going here for the past 2 years and we absolutely love it! First, it is NOT fancy at all. The prices, however, are AMAZING. $50 for a combo massage (foot massage and body 60 min) is what the hubby and I always get. No private rooms here, but they do their best to be quiet, they even have relaxing music. Gerry does the hubby's massage and Lily always does mine. Gerry does a great job while Lily always takes care of my muscle aches and does a fantastic job. They are so nice and welcoming. Tip: Bring cash so you don't get charged a credit card fee! Called ahead the other day for a foot massage and they were able to accommodate! Upon arrival, the therapists didn't wear a mask but wore a mask during the massage. The 60 minute foot massage started off with a warm foot bath on a recliner in a communal room. The therapist did an arm and hand massage. The foot massage was done with the therapist wearing latex gloves. Pressure was decent and thorough. The last part of the massage was a back massage on the ottoman face down that also included the shoulders and neck. $38/hour for a foot massage + tips. ...the receptionist at the counter constantly on the phone was a distraction... read more

Worst massage experience, not to mention horrific customer service. I was told my tip amount was not enough, meanwhile all she did was cause me pain during the massage so I thought 10% was fair. Apparently not, she looked at me laughing holding the money to me saying, "that's it?! Haha." I asked her well how much do you want, to which she then stepped back acting like she never heard me. That is an embarrassing business practice to have and you guys should ashamed of yourself. I went in thinking they could help my fibromyalgia flair up and instead, everything hurts. Kevin was amazing, I tried the 30 minute foot message and I ended up not wanting it to end . I originally was just going to the bank and saw this place so I decided to give them a try. I work across the street and I'm on my feet all day. I have plantar fasciitis and the massage helped me so much. Kevin's hands are amazing and he's very kind. One of the worst massages Ever. Not even sure if the "technician" was licensed and properly trained. Asked for feet only (which is in menu) 4 times but got forced into a combo. Probably because it's $10 more. The gentleman that was doing the service had AirPods on full blast the entire time whilst hovering over me. It was so loud and distracting it was impossible to focus and try to unwind. The massage felt completely chaotic and when the gentleman started pinching me I was concerned, when he started giving me rug burn I knew I had a serious problem and would have to endure this torture for the next 30 mins. As I always give the masseuse the benefit of the doubt and never micromanage a service. I have had wonderful massages at reflexology smaller business. I've had amazing massages even if it's not at a fancy high priced place. As bad as a massage I got, still gave 20% on tip and was shamed for it not being enough. He's lucky I even did that because in my opinion giving him any tip would enable and help contribute to the crazy idea that he is any good at his profession and should be doing that for a living. WHAT A BUNCH OF CONARTISTS!!!!! I called ahead of time to check on prices for FOOT MASSAGE ONLY. They told me $25 for 30 minutes was the minimum session, and were very pushy about making an appointment. I asked if we could just do a walk in instead, and they said yes. Sounded great, so we decided to walk in 30 minutes after I called. She acknowledged that I was the one that had previously called. I then VERY clearly specified that we each wanted a 30 MINUTE FOOT MASSAGE ONLY. They had us lay down while we soaked our feet, and started on our scalp, figuring they were just letting our feet soak for a bit. It quickly turned into a full massage before they even touched our feet. At that point it was too late to say, I just wanted a foot massage. After we were done, I paid the full amount of $100 for both of us, and told them that I didn't agree w/ the fact that I specified both on the phone, and when we walked in that I asked for a 30 minute foot massage only, and they basically con you into a full massage. It's not that they don't have skill, the first part of my massage was actually a 4 out of 5. And they're very nice people but their operations are so poorly run and their focus is not at all on customer experience, so it was a bit of a cluster. The room has about a dozen or so massage chairs all in one room. My suggestion is to bring earplugs or noise canceling headphones in order to get through it. My foot massage was great for the first 15 minutes and then things went haywire. They called me on my cell phone right as I was about to doze off. Idk why. They apologized. Then multiple frantic conversations among several employees were all taking place. Then several minutes later ...they called me AGAIN! My phone vibrating was enough of a distraction but hearing my own voice on voicemail on their phone, I had to ask why do you keep calling me? And then another apology. Shortly after, an employee let out a nice long belch with more umph than I would have liked to hear as he was walking to the back room. The final straw was when he asked me to turn over and I said ok no low back please. Little did I know he tagged out and a female tagged in and proceeded to.. dig into my lower back. Then I heard what sounded like a dozen dishes/silverware being dropped and clanging on tile floor. I turned over and no one was massaging me anymore. THE SETTING: was shocked. Beware, this is not a private setting. All the tables are open in the same room, men and women. If you're comfortable undressing in front of strangers of the opposite sex go right ahead. There is ZERO PRIVACY from other people walking in to get their massages, and with that no barrier to absorb sound. THE MASSAGE: I wish I had walked out when 10 mins into the "massage" I realized the lady who was working on me had no idea what she was doing... The lady "AMY" didn't understand me when I told her I only wanted my upper body massaged and again when I asked her to use a lot more pressure. I was courteous. There's no certificates that anyone went to massage school? They use their knuckles to dig into your feet and body. This leaves YOU SORE and hurting more than when you came in to the place. I've noticed this is a technique so that they don't do traditional massage with the hands. Who wants hard, boney knuckles dug into them? You'll suffer your health here...BEWARE! read more

My masseuse started the massage by telling me to relax. The massage was for the most part competent. Towards the end of working on each foot, the masseuse ended by tugging on my toes so hard it felt like it was going to pop. At the end of the massage, the masseuse began to massage my inner thighs and groped my genitals. This was a traumatic experience, and I wouldn't recommend others to undergo it. read more

This place is amazing!!! I recently move to this beautiful town and can't wait to get a massage after all the moving thing. I've been to a lot of place before, but this is the most relax one. I did make a appointment there and ask what they have to protect the covid. After I went there, the place is pretty neat and clean, they use one time sheet and offer face mask if you forget one. I have done the combo massage which recommended by the front desk. It is half hour foot and half hour body, they did switched me to the other bed instead of stay in the same chair but according to what they said is that table is more comfortable for doing the body massage instead of laying on the chair. I mean I would not mind because it does feel really good. I'll come back for sure to try the table massage next time!!!! read more
