It turns out it was the water pump, it had warped slightly and was leaking. However, the pump was in a very difficult place to access and required taking apart a great deal of the plumbing system. Mark and Rose showed up on time, with the parts, and had it fixed quickly despite the awkward and difficult location of the pump. They did a great job, and no more leaks! I could not get into a Winnebago dealer and I didn't have time to find an on-site mechanic in Charlotte. When I got back home Chris was my first call and he came right out to help me diagnose and troubleshoot the problem. We changed out the propane regulator and in less than one hour everything was perfect again! I love the fact that I can crawl under my rig with Chris and he'll answer questions and explain to me step-by-step what he's doing and why he's doing it so that I can understand my rig even better. This is a much better alternative to waiting weeks to get an appointment at the dealer and having no idea what happens to your rig while it's lost inside the service Bay.

So I paid the total, including the part and after they installed it, it did not fix the problem. They put my old part back in and wanted to order another part and try it. They obviously did not know what they were doing and I no longer wanted their services. Since they kept the new part, I asked for the money back only for the part, $80. They refused and actually wanted to charge me another service call since they came out twice, makes no sense. They were very unprofessional and have no idea how to run a business or repair generators, other than swapping out parts. There is a lot more to this story but trying to keep it short. Don't waste your time with this company.

We contacted Nick @ Northeast RV - because we trust him, he gave us a couple of ideas but also said that it would be best to find someone who knew more about it. We looked in the flyer that the campground distributed, and called for service. We called @ 9 and by 1pm Zach was here. He quickly diagnosed the issue - and didn't promise that a trick we could try would work - but said give it 24 hours and then reach out if it doesn't. Will update the review as we know more, but it was really nice to learn that we aren't crazy, that the fridge is just - to quote Zach - not the best.

Finally, after we located the issue, he told me I needed a mobile tech service. I called Happy Campers and Zach showed up. I told him about my issue and who I had talked to at tech support (firefly in Indiana). He said, "I know him. Hang on." He pulled out his phone and called the very guy who I had been on the phone with. He was there less than an hour and got my rig operational again. He is a rock star. Happy Campers saved me!

That RV Guy Bill came to my site and repaired a bad motor on my awning, a loose wire on a slide out, a gas regulator and recalibrated my auto leveling system.
