For checkout, they charge you an 18% service fee and then ask you for a tip. That seemed very odd to me. I asked for at least a discount for the mold and wait and they decided to grant me a 10% discount on only the sandwich (i got smoked sausage added to my sandwich which was a little over $3 and that wasn't part of the discount, only the base price of the sandwich), so the discount was about 90 cents off.
