    Belgian Waffle with Chicken Tenders

This place is close to where I work so I figured we would give it a try. It a typical diner with a broad menu. What we got was good but nothing special. Other than the grits they stole the show! Service was good but not overly friendly. Tenders were frozen and that's not my favorite but it is a diner after all. We would come back.

Food and service was great! We got the pancake combo with sausage links, two sunny side up eggs, and home fries. As well as blueberry pancakes with scrambled eggs and bacon. Food came out fast and it was fresh. We will definitely be returning!

I was driving by and I saw this sign so I decided to stop.

This is a nice alternative to some of the other crowded places to eat on Albermarle Rd. I had breakfast here twice, once was dine in and the other time was to go. The food is good, the inside can use some upgrades but once people start going here hopefully they spruce the place up a bit. They just opened up not too long ago. I will say it's a few weeks old. Give them a shot it's not bad. It's been a while since I left a review on this place. It's March 28th 2017 and I stopped in for the breakfast special and it was well worth it. This place still gets good reviews from me. I posted pics of the special and what I got. Give them a shot, it's good.

4 eggs and a side of grits now cost $10

The food is always good but the price hike is unreasonable. The service used to be much better. The food was tasty, affordable, and quick to you. I don't know what happened exactly but I'll choose to get my bacon and eggs else where.

Came for the first time last weekend and have been 3 times since.. the food is amazing here! The service is also super friendly. Used to be Silver Bullet but they have recently changed the name. Definitely recommend

Western Omelet that doesn't come with cheese.

I decided to try this place because well I haven't tried it and it's near my office. I ordered the Western Omelet with home fries and wheat toast to go. I get to my office and the food is piping hot but the toast is soggy due to the steam and them wrapping in aluminum foil. I dig in to the Omelet and nowhere to be found in the land of styrofoam and overcooked eggs is cheese. I thought: "this must be a mistake" so I called to verify and the person answered the phone and verified that the Omelet does not come with cheese. Like who in the heck makes omelettes without cheese?! The homefries were just ok. Needed ketchup or some salt. I'm disappointed because it's too late for me to return or reorder :(

Wow. It's been awhile since I've had to wait that long for food, especially breakfast food. I had the "scrambled" eggs with cheddar, sausage, waffle, and grits. I really enjoyed the sausage and the grits. The waffle and eggs were just ok. The eggs looked more like an omelette than scrambled and the cheese was on top and not mixed in. The waitress was nice but was very distracted. My silverware, although wrapped, was touching the table. For a germophobe like me, that's a no-no. It even took a long time when we were paying lol. If you're in a hurry and just want a quick bite, stay away but if you're in the mood for diner food and have a lot of time on your hands then this is the place for you.

I thought this was like a Mexican restaurant. There was really not much Mexican about it, other than the people who worked there. They had breakfast and burgers and sandwiches. The first thing that I noticed is that the booth seats were ripped and in bad repair. The restaurant is dated and needs some updating. With that said, it had a great sanitation score and a decent ambiance. My omelet and hash browns were okay. Just okay. Overall, this place was solid and had a lot of character. The service was really slow, unfortunately. Whenever we wanted drink refills or the bill, we had to stand up and wave down the server. I am glad I went, but when I want Mexican food, I won't come here!

I know I made it look very pretty in my photos, but don't be fooled. Here is the complete review. We found the green tomatoes bland and appeared to have been frozen before being prepared. The "Gravy Train" with the mini biscuit was inedible. The gravy itself was OK. Nothing special, not one of the three were "great." But the mini biscuits were terrible, hard, dense chunks of dough. I ate one of them and discarded the rest. The "Chicken Ditch the Waffle" was equally terrible. Whatever they did to turn the biscuit into "fake" French toast is a 100% fail. They were as dense and unappealing as the mini biscuits. The chicken itself was fine. If I was only rating the chicken I'd probably give it a 3.5. The best dish was actually the "GOAT." It was served with a Standard biscuit which we thought was still too dense and dry. I recommend finding an independent restaurant that serves real, "from scratch" food. I should point out that the service crew in the dining room who delivered the food as well as provided cleanup and assistance, were exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and focused on customer service. I'm sure they deserve more than they are being paid. It was obvious many of them were spanish-speaking immigrants. Not everyone in the restaurant treated them with the respect and gratitude they deserve. Here's the detail of our order from their menu. They have two locations, and we visited the Rozzelles Ferry location, which was a great choice because there was more parking available.
