Distorted my best feature (fat grafting and Kybella  under eyes). I do not recommend fat grafting under the eyes/ even in the most "skilled, expertise hands"...... Working the front lines as a nurse and staying home with 4 young children (11yr old, 3 yr old and 1 year old twins) during the shut down really started to take it's toll on my eyes. I was tired of being told I looked tired all the time. So I decided to finally do something for myself and signed up for my first ever cosmetic procedure. I had facial fat grafting under my eyes, temples and mid face to address volume loss and hollowness under my eyes. The procedure itself wasn't worth it at all. I noticed no difference in the volume in my face post recovery. I did however notice several abnormalities under my eyes. A lump formed a few weeks post op and Dr.Sadati administered a micro dose of Kybella. I wasn't sure what kybella was and he told me that it was going to help break down the lump. He injected the lump multiple times. When I went in my car I was shocked and noticed that the entire area under my was full of medication. I looked up the Kybella website and was horrified when I saw that Kybella destroys fat cells, the medication is only FDA approved for submental fat (double chin). If used outside of the submental region it has the potential to cause nerve injury, open sores (ulcers), damage and tissue cell-death (necrosis) around the injection site, blindness  and a whole slew of other things. I immediately went back into his office and he rudely brushed me off and told me to relax and  go home and put ice on it. He said that he commonly uses this medication when he encounters lumps with fat grafting. As the weeks went by a track mark and hallowing appeared as the swelling went down, it extended horizontally across the entire length of my tear trough, where the medication had been sitting for a few weeks. Roughly a 2-3 inch arched raised line carved out in my left tear trough/under eye area. I felt so sick to my stomach, knowing that it was the Kybella that had caused it. As the 2 month appointment rolled around, I thought about canceling the appointment because I no longer trusted this doctor. But I thought about it some more and as a nurse (patient advocate), thought it would be important for him to see the result of this medication so that he wouldn't make this same mistake to future patients. When I went to the 2 month follow up appointment I let him know that I wasn't happy with the medication administration, and let him know that it ultimately resulted in a very large irregularity under my eye. He was unapologetic and started rationalizing to me that he's done well over 5,000 surgeries. He looked at me straight in the eyes and told me that the "track mark was there before the surgery." I told him it was never there and asked him to show me on my before picture. He pointed at my before picture, started fumbling over words and pointed at a region on my eye that had no track mark on it, and said "see look it's right there." I corrected him letting him know that it wasn't. I also let him know that the lump under my left eye was still there and he just gave me a blank stare and said "no it's not." The assistant that was in there that day looked just as baffled as I was. At that point I realized this guy was totally unethical and  slimy. I had nothing further to say to him. I asked for my records and left (never to see him again). To interpret this situation a little better to the nonmedical person, Kybella was given OFF LABEL. He did not get my written consent to perform what is considered a procedure. Also, if this medication were FDA approved it would certainly have a BLACKBOX label on it. He did not give proper informed consent and ultimately distorted my best feature. If you look up administration of Kybella under eyes on real self you'll see multiple warnings to not administer it off label. I've been to 5 different oculoplastic surgeons in the area and they're all shocked by my case. Kybella also can cause scar tissue to form which will make a revision more difficult, if not impossible. Dr.Sadati- My only question to you is where are you obtaining your educational resources? Both Allergon and the FDA have no safety studies on any doses (micro doses) of Kybella use around the eyes. I wasn't  able to find any safety studies with my searches of peer reviewed articles. Also refer to real self/ your colleagues are ALL advising against off label use (especially around the eyes) I wasn't  able to find any safety studies with my searches of peer reviewed articles. I got juvederm done by the wonderful Suzanne Rogers today. This was my first time going with her but I had previously gone elsewhere. Of course I was not happy with the results I got from the first place I went to so since I'm getting a nose job done by Dr. Sadati I figured might as well go with Suzanne for Botox and fillers. And from now on I am most definitely going to her for that. No pain. No bruising. No bleeding. And my lips are beautiful! The staff is super friendly and charismatic. A bit late, Well after all these months, spending lots of money on fillers I went back because the fillers seemed to be gone within 2 months so I went back to Amy, she agreed that the fillers did not work especially trying to fill where my Joels were so she put more in, and it made it worse to the point where I got a terrible infection, she nicked a artery that produced inclusions My mouth, was in terrible pain so she had to remove all the filler with the blisters in my mouth! It was so painful of course she apologized and said these things can happen, proceeded to come back and she used a cannula instead of which she said she should of done before. The point is from the first time I went in for cheeks that are now deflated and to fix the bowls I spent thousands of dollars only to have my face now look the same. After several years of wanting to improve my vision, I finally selected Dr. Sadati after looking at his before and after's and reading all his excellent reviews online. I've had problems with my right eye since childhood due to an accident, so I really wasn't expecting miracles, I was only hoping to improve my vision. My consultation took about an hour and I was very pleased at how Dr. Sadati expressed genuine concerns about the symmetry of my eyes and my overall facial structure. He noticed my eye area was slightly smaller on the right side due to the accident, something I've never noticed and I stare at my face more times than I'm willing to admit. But a physician trained in the art of facial sculpturing would notice this immediately. In my research I've read that when it comes to symmetry and aesthetics, eye surgeons were good at repairing inside the eyes whereas facial surgeons were better at repairing outside the eyes, so I knew that I wanted a facial surgeon. The office is very beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The surgical nurse took away all my anxieties with her kind demeanor and those lovely meds. My surgery went extremely well and I didn't have any complications other than the normal bruising. I didn't experience any eye dryness afterwards and was able to wear my contacts and makeup after two weeks. Love this place. It may seem intimidating at first because you may think they only cater to millionaires, but they treat everyone with kindness and are very welcoming. I first discovered Dr. Sedati on Instagram. I loved how his patients never looked overdone or unnatural. His patients still looked like themselves and not over pulled or over puffed with injections. I haven't gone in for anything major, but I did go in to treat acne scars. I had 6 sessions and people notice the difference. I get compliments on my skin now, when I never really did. My acne is also under control after the treatments. I used to get boulders under my skin that would leave me feeling very self conscious. I went in to see their super star micro needling specialist Elizabeth. I'm the biggest chicken on the planet when it comes to the thought of messing with my face, but I immediately trusted her, and her plans for my skin makeover. I would give a zero if I could. I went to Susan Rogers at Dr. Sadati's office for sculptra and botox injections on November 6, 2018. A few days later I developed a horrible head ache and few days after that my eyebrows dropped and were pressing over my eye and my eye lid was swollen bulging out completely hiding my eyelashes. The botox, instead of lifting my eyes, did the complete opposite. I am unable to move my forehead (which is not at all what I asked for) and it is just pressing over my eyes where I can hardly see. It has been over a month and I am still in pain, not to mention how I look. I had botox numerous times and this never happened before. According to my research this happened because the botox was administered too close to my eyes and instead of lifting my eyes, it dropped my eyebrows causing the issues I am having. Mistakes do happen, which I may understand, but I am upset as Dr. Sadati's office and Susan Rogers could not care less about what happened. They ignored my calls. After 3 calls the receptionist finally called me back trying to tell me that my headaches can't be from the botox and that Susan was very busy and could not return my call. When I sent an email complaint with a picture of my condition, clearly showing the issue, they started calling wanting to see me and said they wanted to discuss the "adverse effects" of my botox treatment. But by that time I had no desire to go back to them to seek help, not to mention that it was not adverse effects, but the botox administration in the wrong place, and since then I discovered that there is no help with this condition and I just have to wait out the 4 months until the botox wears off. Even though they made a mistake and disfigured me for 4 months causing a lot of harm in my personal and professional life, all I asked for was a refund since I did not get what I paid for. They wanted to add insult to injury and having me come in for them to "verify" my condition before issuing a refund. Why would I want to object myself seeing these non-caring unprofessional hacks ever again? So buyers be aware! They make mistakes and do not care to admit, fix, or help you rectify it in any shape or form. read more

Beautiful new office, I feel so luxurious whenever I come in for my appointments. Friendly & accommodating staff! I'd absolutely recommend coming here. This review is about my CoolSculpting experience: I found them because I was researching places to get coolsculpting. I am getting married in a few months and although I have been working out consistently I wanted to make sure I look my absolute best in my dress and for my bachelorette. I met with Christina, she was really genuine and transparent. She was not trying to sell me on services that weren't right for me, which I really appreciate and leads me to trust her opinion. She did say I would be a candidate for liposuction for my double chin but I did not want to have any sort of surgery. They were having a special promotion so I decided to move forward with the two sessions on my flanks & double chin which took about 2 hours. I wanted to do my stomach too but Christina told me I may not be the best candidate for that area. I was very comfortable during the procedure; you're provided access to Netflix, given water and snacks. I took my laptop out and did some work so it was nice getting caught up with emails. I was not uncomfortable at all, the only time I felt slightly uncomfortable was the massage that came afterward. Again, it was tolerable. My flanks and chin felt numb in certain places for about 2 weeks after and it was pretty swollen (no bruising). Then came week 4 and I noticed my flanks had significantly reduced in size. I was beyond EXCITED. I wasn't expecting to see this much improvement so soon!!! If these were the amazing results in only 4 weeks, then after my second session I should be SOLID. I literally called to tell her I plan to do my stomach and thighs as soon as I can! I also plan to get facial from her because she has really great reviews on yelp. I was referred to Dr. Sedati by a friend after an accidental nose injury left my nose visibly crooked. Dr. Kevin Sedati performed a turbinoplasty & septo-rhinoplasty on me a year and a half ago and the procedure and overall experience could not have gone more smoothly. My nose now looks perfect, very natural, and the ease of breathing since the procedure has led to more energy & increased my overall quality of life. I didn't realize how constricted my breathing was until I was able to do so fully and effortlessly. Aesthetically - my nose has always appeared very pronounced, and had somewhat of a "hook" shape to it. He took the time to really fully understand what I wanted to achieve which was hard because I myself was not even exactly sure. I recently had brachioplasty done by Dr. Sedati. I had heard that the surgery would be very painful and the recovery time was lengthy. I was extremely nervous going in. I am here to say...it was a breeze! I took only tylenol after the initial day, and I was able to blow dry and curling iron my hair on day three....then headed out of town for the weekend! I am so happy I did it, and so happy that I can wear short sleeves again! The surgery was only 3 weeks ago, but I can already tell the scaring is going to be minimal.
