As such, they are very sloppy in the application and as a result they apply to my landscaping as well as the grass and they have killed some plants, or they totally miss areas. They stay well away from my garden, which I appreciate, but there is a 6 foot plus radius around my garden that is being taken over by weeds. My yard also has some areas that are getting worse so we had one of their guys come out. He took a sample and some pictures of the plants they were killing, but no one ever got back to us. Four weeks later and a few phone calls they claim that they know nothing about the sample or the pics but said they will stop and take a look. An appointment was made for a specific date and time but no one ever showed up.... After two phone calls they said they forgot. When I brought up the pics and samples they said they didn't know that those were from me. As for the bad areas in my yard they said that I needed to kill it off with Roundup and replant my grass. I give up.... I paid for a full program for the summer and now that Fall is here, my yard looks worse than it did at the start of summer.

After waiting 15 mins to be loaded I had to go inside AGAIN to ask to be loaded. Man called not 1 but 2 people back to load me up with chips. Upon this happening, I went inside to see the difference in price if I owed them or was going to have money coming back to me. Man, then asks me again how many chips I was loaded with. I confirmed 2 1/2 yards, which is what I returned from being overloaded by his team. The man then looks at me, hops on the phone and asks them how much they loaded me with. They then confirmed 2 1/2 yards (exactly wtf I asked for.) Then hangs up the phone and proceeds to look at me and says, "I guess you weren't lying." Then proceeds to ask if I wanted my 52. cent refund. If you want shit ass customer service and a company that doesn't know wtf they're doing, feel free to shop here or give these idiots a call.
