The pond and walkways were so nice. You can walk all the way around the island if you like. The small bridge was a perfect spot for photos. Of course the main attraction is the windmill. The ladies working the bottom were so sweet and friendly. We walked up to the top. Each floor had something to offer. Once at the top, we went out on the balcony to enjoy a gorgeous view. Our last stop was the huge musical machine. It added such whimsy. We really enjoyed our visit.

It is so peaceful and relaxing, There are usually a dozen or more vehicles parked so I know others enjoy watching the waves too, In the summer we enjoy the beach, wading and swimming. It is nice that you can park very close to the beach, so if there is anyone is unable to walk longer distances this is the perfect place. The only drawback is that dogs aren't allowed on the beach.

Most of the campsites are shaded with mature trees. The sites are easy to pull through if, like me, you aren't great at backing a large RV. Each site has a fire ring and picnic table. They will randomly change their schedule and not notify members so you're not actually able to use the facility when you want to use it. Not cool early in the morning before my coffee which is how I have swam here since FOREVER, Also I wasn't the only one overwhelmed, there was an 80 year old Grandmother Not aware she is in a Universal Locker Room, also she wasn't aware that the glass she was changing in front of can be viewed from outside. She also had a hearing problem and the front staff just pushed her along without any explanation like they did me! All I needed was a Pool and a Woman's locker Room like I was getting my whole life coming to this location! It's made for the masses! Not for us Hollanders who like things simple and functional. The new layout has taken my small town pool and turned it to "Disney world" next they might add a monorail My suggestion have a pool and locker room just for us who want to pay, use and shower in private in a Woman's Only locker room like when we were younger here in Our Home Town!

It's not bright lights, neon colors, or obnoxious vendors in your face. It's simple, humble, incredibly clean, and well kept especially since it's been there since the 50s. It's small enough to enjoy for a few hrs but doesn't take all day. It's definitely made more for kids 10 and under id say. My kids are 3 and 6 and loved it. They were tall enough to ride most of the rides and enjoyed the petting zoo. I felt $19 per person was a decent price and parking was just fine. The demonstrations are well attended. It got busy about 11am but it opens at 9:30 so come early if you want to experience it less busy. The workers seemed to enjoy their jobs. Again, very very clean.

She has come home with so many positive memories! The counselors are excellent role models and are great at spreading fellowship. I think the price is well worth an entire week of camp. The campers are kept very busy with a wide variety of activities. They even get to pick special interest groups. The lake and grounds are very well-kept. My daughter loved the challenge coarse and zip line! The cabins are very homey and have their own bathroom and showers. My daughter is a picky eater and she never went hungry. A great camp!

There was someone who helped us out with ensuring that we were aware of the instructions on how to operate the Wave-runner and the rules. We grabbed a life jacket and a plastic box to put our phones into the compartment in the waverunner. It was great time that we went at about 10:30am as it was not busy at all on a Sunday morning. It was a blast and we were disappointed that we only booked an hour, and definitely agreed that we will have to do a couple of hours so that we could get out to Lake Michigan the next time.
