I might have just gotten lucky, but we went to Craig's Cruisers on a Friday in mid August and there were not big crowds. They also were running a back to school special of 2 hours unlimited outdoor activities for $20, which was a great deal! My 3 kids loved it. I appreciated that my little kids (3 year olds) could ride with an adult in the two seater go-carts. And they had 3 different sizes of go carts, so my 8 year old could drive one of the smaller ones on the same track. They had paddle boats, bungee trampolines, go carts, mini golf, and batting cages. They also had these insane fish in the pond that were desperate to be fed. We had a blast! read more

Visiting the Holland area and stopped in on a Saturday night to try the GoKarts with the kids. Absolutely nobody was in the arcade or concession stand, but the tables were all filthy. Headed out to the track - workers seemed nice and friendly. There were about 10 cars ready to drive around. Once the GoKarts were let loose, it was very clear that two kids were driving recklessly and dangerously. One girl - probably about 8 yo - crashed so violently that her shoe flew off onto the track. The employees allowed her to continue driving putting others in danger. She crashed at least twice more - and I'm not talking about bumping into the rails or accidentally clipping the bumper of the car in front of her. When you have a track full of customers, their safety must be a priority. read more

Great spot for spending the day with kiddos. I actually thought to myself that the place is very neat and clean for how busy I'm sure it gets. We went on a Saturday and it got fairly busy but there's so much to do is still fun and very little wait. Of the 6 batting cages only two weren't chained shut and of the raimaining two only one actually worked. Probably since they are 50 years old and have never been maintained. Ditto on half the arcade games. They ear your tokens and/or don't spit out reward tickets. Management, would it be so tough to walk from game to game every day to make sure your guests don't leave angry and frustrated that your games actually work? Shame on you. read more

All my family did was play mini golf and it was a lovely experience! To start when we walked in it was a busy center full of children having fun! We went out to start the mini golf and walked past many stations where children could play! There was people riding the go karts, there was pedal boats and trampolines. You could even feed the fish in the pond. To reach the mini hood you had to walk across this very wobbly suspension bridge. I HAD TO HOLD ON THE SIDES the course is 10 holes. It was a nice course the holes. Ranged from easy to challenging. Our favorite hole was the one where you hit it into the water and is floats down! read more

The kids went and did some mini-golf (which turned out to be a bit much and they bailed early), trampoline bouncing, and go karts. The Euro-bungy was good and brought some smiles. Very concerned, parents beware! I used this facility in Holland, MI 2 days ago with my children ages 10 and 13. They wanted to use a two person swan boat. No one was at the station when we walked up. I returned to the ticket counter to inquire 5 minutes later. Someone then ran down to the water ride quickly, got my kids set up then left. I watched my kids roam around the pond for twenty minutes, then I observed my son, 10, climb out of his seat and sit on the back of the boat. No one was there to yell over to him. Rest assured, I spoke with him later. The kids brought the boat in awkwardly, and prematurely, as there was a steering problem. Nobody came to the dock to receive them. I went down to assist the kids. At this point I am steamed. Maintaining my composure, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that stations were not staffed properly because there were not enough people on duty. Perhaps you are understanding my concern at this point. If you can not staff adequately, close the ride. Lots of things went through my mind at this point. What would the insurer think if a kid drowned or was injured. This would be quickly closed, with a huge lawsuit following. A good time with kids. The requisite arcade is ok but the squirt gun boats make for lots of fun but maybe $5 a ride is a wee much. Carp feeding is amusing in a gross way too. The gokarts are the best though for value and fun. Drinks are expensive. Bring your own water. Batting cages too. read more

Went twice while in Holland, had a blast both times. We showed up the first time about an hour before closing and asked if it was okay to sneak in a game of mini golf, and they let us in. Took 45 minutes, so we made it out before closing. I was disappointed the sort of climactic holes were in the mid-teens and hole 18 was sort of a flop, but the water wheel and the tri-level holes were pretty fun and made it worth while. $5 go kart rides is like a $1 cup of Starbucks to a city boy like me, I couldn't believe how cheap it was. We did a few laps and then dropped $20 on the batting cages, had a blast. The little kids on the go karts were animals and the attendants did nothing about it, which kind of pissed me off, but it was a birthday party and the parents apologized to me when we got off so it was cool. Manager was there that day, he was super friendly and helped us get some smaller batting helmets for our party. Awesome fun time! read more

Two for one Tuesdays! (Also wristband Wednesdays, but I did not go for that). So you could get two bumper boat or go kart tickets for the price of one. They also have these giant fish that you can buy handfuls of feed and throw to them. These fish come up, face out of the water, waiting for some chunks of kibble. So strange, but fun. They have a Chuck-E-Cheese/Dave&Busters style arcade where you play for tickets, then trade the tickets for junk prizes. My kids both got plastic swords and candy, got all hopped up on high fructose corn syrup, and then spent the rest of the night whacking each other with the swords. Ugh. Most of the games in the arcade sucked, except they have a two-person "Terminator Salvation" that is freakin AWESOME, $1 per person per play. read more

We had a great time with our family. The three girls ages 10,8 and 6 absolutely loved the park. The staff were very patient in explaining all the rules and helping the girls with the go-carts. The fish feeding was very exciting and the fish are very well today. read more

Went here on vacation on a dreary day.... read over the website over & over with the other adults in the group ~ It clearly stated 13.00 unlimited rides at Holland and another location from 10-3 and 5-9pm.... when we got there we were abruptly told (kinda like they were expecting our objection) that that offer is only good on Wed which the site didn't say.... They said that we could get 4 rides for 15.00 each and that was it.... the manager was called & we TOGETHER looked at the website and he said " well I can see where you would think it was this offer for today however there is ZERO chance I will honor it..." We had a party of 13 people ready to go and play for hours .... my guess is that they were giving up a total of $169.00 plus food and game tokens .... however the young attitude filled "manager" dropped his managers card on the counter & said call my boss.... he won't honor it either.... I told him to call his boss and he said again NO....... If you don't read this and turn around from their establishment.... keep reading... this place was EMPTY... dirty, disgusting & the games we had our kids play while we were trying to figure out our next move were all broke.... no game play or tickets to be given out.... THEN not only us have problems reading websites evidentally however 3 other families did too as they ALL came in asking for the same website deal...... STAY AWAY & SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! This place was quite nice and had tonnes of stuff to choose from. I did the mini golf and Go-Karts, and i had a blast. The holes in the mini golf were easy at the beginning, harder in the middle and easier again at the end. There isn't much to say about the Go-Karts, they were fun and had a cool track. I love the deals and specials they have here. What a way to spend the day just having fun. I remember coming here when I was younger and always having fun. They have rooms for parties as well. I love the go-karts. Bumper boats is fun but the water out there is nasty. Mini-golf is pretty cool, but the batting cages always scare me. I am afraid to get hit by the ball shooter. I am disappointed that they have a different version of basketball here - where is the classic, continuous, etc. one?! The place seems to have down graded there, but then they have new games as well where you can win electronics and gift cards. I did have to wonder about the manager there who questioned me about my 75 cents stuck in the token machine. Really, am I going to cheat you out of that much money? I don't know if a lot of people go in there lying about money getting stuck so that he would have to make a comment about counting the tokens at the end of the night so that it checks out. This review is actually for the cc in grand rapids. I took my daughter to cc in grand rapids for something different to do on a weekend. I must say she had a great time. The staff was very good and accomodating. The place was clean. We had the buffet and the food was fresh and tasted good. I sampled everything i can tell you it was good : ) of course we were there for the indoor go karts and they were a blast. We will be coming back. This was a great place! The staff was very nice. We got the cruiser pack, which was the mini golf, bumper boats, and the go karts. The mini gold coarse was very nicely kept and some of the holes were very well and creatively put together. There was a waterfall and a river going through it that was just beautiful! The number boats were fun, although the arena was a little bit small. The go karts were probably the best go karts I have ever been on. The karts were fast, and the coarse was fun to ride on. It wasn't just a short 2 minute ride, it was longer than that which made it more enjoyable. Overall, a great place and we will be back!!! read more

I have been going to craigs cruisers for quite a few years now, and have always had problems with them. For example, quite a few of the arcade games will let you play, with out giving any tickets, even though they were supposed to. Also they like to run tests on there control box while you are riding the go karts, so while driving your go kart you stall out!! And they don't care if you did your 3 laps or not. So there I sat with a dead kart in the middle of track while they were testing the control box that starts and stops the karts!! Very disappointed in Craig's Cruisers, waste of money and when I talked to manager they said "sorry".. REALLY?? read more
