I was heading for home after work not far from Holley's and noticed my brakes sounded like metal on metal. I went down a couple hills and a couple times it seemed as the Calipers were not releasing so I heard scraping noise even with my foot off the brake. This had me very concerned and thought I better find someplace to fix my problem like immediately..... Anyway I was heading up a good size hill and at the top was Holley's Tire who advertised brake jobs on their sign out front. Well I stopped and Talked with Sergio ... the Manager. I liked his price he quoted so I left my car with him to work on the next day and had Uber take me home about 27 miles away. Anyway they got work on my car first thing in the morning but were delayed because of wrong parts for the rear. Sergio assured me my car would be ready no matter what and his mechanic delivered. Excellent customer service! Sprinter vans are heavy and have special lifting points so as not to damage the body/frame. A lot of places don't like it when you question their methods but most of them also don't know that. Ron, on the other hand, was receptive and happy to oblige my inquiry. I went to America's Tire in San Clemente to have a nail removed from my tire. They immediately went into a sales pitch on how I needed four new tires, and would not repair mine. I guess they thought that would force me to buy new tires. I told them I would be back in a few days when I had more time to buy new tires, but they still refused to repair mine, citing company policy to not repair tires showing a certain level of wear. BS. So I went to Holley's, and they immediately repaired my tire. I asked for pricing for new tires, which Sergio provided with options and recommendations. Then he told me my tires still had some good wear left, and unless I was going to take a long trip, I could easily wait a few weeks. Where do you think I will buy my next set of tires? Has to get my run flat tire fixed. Went to Holley's. Spoke to Ron who verified they were open. They fixed my flat within an hour. Previously I had my Model X rear tires replaced. As it turned out, Tesla didnt align the back when they said they did. The inner treads were worn after 30k miles. Low profile Pirellis are only rated 20-40k miles. Sergio got me a great deal on the rear tires and they aligned them properly. These guys Ron and Sergio are my Tire guys from now on. They are the absolute Best!!! read more

I woke up to a flat tire this morning and called Holly's Tire Center to ask if I should drive my car (with flat tire) to their location to get fixed. Spoke to Ron, he said not to drive on it as could wreck the rim and car (and not safe to drive) asked if I could put air in tire first. Told him it would be further away to get air than to get to his place. He asked where I lived, I told him, and he came immediately and put air in my tire so I could drive car safely to him. Seriously awesome customer service and a really great guy. I drove my car in and he looked at tire immediately. Unfortunately a nail had punctured the top side area of my rim right at end of tread (facing under my car), and they are unable to fix a puncture in that location. Said I need replacement tire. I asked if anything he could do for time being as I won't have funds for new tire for approximately 2 weeks. He said will do a fix that is not meant for long term but will be okay for that short amount of time. To only drive in town & stay off freeway. Fixed it right away & found new comparable tire for me (as mine were discontinued) at a good price and told me to call him day before I get my funds so he can make my appointment. In meantime his team checked all my tires & added air where needed. When I asked how much I owed him he said nothing, it was on the house! Ron was absolutely fabulous as was his entire team, he turned a bad morning into a great day. Wonderful attitude, service really went above & beyond to help me out!! Honest, nice/professional service, and better pricing than Costco! Hands down easy choice to go local. We have low-profile performance tires because of our sport package. Have had punctures twice. Neither time did they try to upsell us on a second tire to keep it "balanced", let alone a whole new set like other places. If there's enough tread, they tell you to save your money. One time, they fixed a puncture on our second car for free because it had decals indicating it was for a non-profit, and told us to just pay them next time if we ever needed a replacement. This type of service doesn't exist anymore. They've created loyal customers because they care, and we'll continue to bring our business here. read more

Took my 2020 Airstream GT touring motorhome to Holly's to get the inside dual rubber tire stems replaced with metal so I can install a TPMS system to monitor tire pressure. Called Sergio the week before and he told me to call the day ahead and they can do the work for me. I called on Monday and took the motorhome to the shop on Tuesday at 8:30AM. The work was completed in about 45 minutes and was done correctly. I could not be happier as my local Mercedes dealers would not do the work. I randomly picked Holley's, they took the car in right away and had it fixed within 20 minutes. While I waited I talked with Sergio, who I assume is the manager. I asked about the cost to replace, which I will likely need to do in the next few months. I told him what Porsche wanted prior to him telling me the cost. Much less from Holley's for the same tires. He could have bumped the price since I could not see his computer screen. He didn't and as a result, I will go back for all my tire work from now on. read more

I had a light accident that left my suspension geometry off in my MkV GTI. My car is lowered with some very mild sports springs. Due to this, I was turned away from multiple alignment shops in San Clemente citing that the car was too low for them to get the job done. I drove over to Holley's and was greeted by the owner Ron, and his second in command, Sergio. Ron was super friendly and happy to have me there. I explained what happened to my car and my experience with the other shops in the area. He took one look at my car and said he could do the alignment work no problem. I left the car with him at 8:30 AM and he was done by 10:00 AM. The alignment job was great, my car was tracking straight and true again. However, after driving around for the weekend I realized my steering wheel was a few degrees off-center. I called in on Monday telling him about the steering wheel and was told to bring it back in so they could get it right. This additional adjustment was covered by their warranty. This is an excellent shop run by a good dude. They were willing to fix their small mistake and make it right and I appreciate that. Would absolutely recommend. read more

One of the best customer experiences I have had in a long while. I called them on the recommendation from my mechanic because I had a nail in one of my tires. The man I spoke with on the phone was so friendly and helpful--told me to come on in and that he would take care of me. I drove over from Dana Point, and waited about 20 minutes while the guys in the garage repaired my tire. This place seems crazy-busy, but everyone is in such a friendly mood--it actually seems like they really enjoy their work! They only charged me 35$ to fix my tire--I actually was so grateful that I offered to run the credit card for more, Sergio told me that all they want is for me to bring the car in when I need a new set of tires.
