Robbie's Tire Center did a solid job overall and delivered exactly what was needed from a tire shop. The service was quick and accommodating; they were able to squeeze us in within two days and even let us leave the vehicle overnight so it could be serviced first thing in the morning. Pricing was another strong point: they beat the other local shops as well as the big online tire retailers for the specific tires I wanted, which made the purchase feel like a good value. January 09,2025 Stopped by Robbie's Tire Center which is located in So. San Clemente to have my tires rotated on my 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD. Been having a little trouble with the front end starting to rub slightly on the tires. Tires rotated in a short time along with front end inspection , no trouble found so I spoke with the owner Robbie as he advised to go see Full Tilt Off Road Shop here in S.C. about 2 miles away. Since my Tacoma is 12 yrs old probably time to upgrade, so I added a 2 inch lift to the truck and everything thing else that it entails. Wow what a difference it made In driving and looks ! Amazing, relatively new, little tire shop in San Clemente on El Camino Real. We stopped by after discovering a screw stuck through my front passenger tire. We came a little after 2PM on a Friday and were incredibly lucky that there was no wait and no line. Guys took no more than a few minutes to do the job, were super efficient and shortly after only a $15 charge we were on the way. Service was super fast friendly. Helpful, kind, efficient, great service, etc. I had 4 highly rated tires installed by Robbie's Tire Center. Many months later a front tire was low. Awhile back I had hit a curb while parking, so I went back to Robbie's Tire Center to fix it. I was quickly greeted by a friendly service employee. He quickly had the tire off my van & checked for a tire leak under water but it had no holes. There was some scraping where my tire & rim had rubbed on a curb a while ago, so now i had a slow leak. My daughter needed tires and went to Costco. I asked her to try to support local businesses and get a price from Robbies's. We got prices which were very comparable to Costco. We selected the tires we wanted and she scheduled to get them on a few days later. She went early in the morning and was told that the tires were sent back the previous day. No apologies but said would get them back. She scheduled another day, called the day before and was told her tire are in, and again went early to get them on before work. They had a different set of tire than the ones we wanted. Again no apologies and rather rude. I wanted her to do this on her own for her experience and I guess it paid off as she learned how certain people are inconsiderate, rude, arrogant, and simply do not care about serving the customer. It's so easy to have a positive experience with a company and not take a moment to leave a good review. However when a business goes above and beyond on multiple occasions, it must be recognized. I won't offer any details as I wouldn't want to create any specific expectations, but I can attest that on three separate occasions, I've received what I would regard as treatment and service reserved for "friends and family" of which I am neither. Called close to closing time as I picked up a nail in one of my tires. Not a problem, I was told. Tire patch and rotation was done in about 30 minutes, which was just enough time to walk across the street and have lunch at Pedro's tacos. I usually go to the Membership warehouse but could not get myself to pay over a$1,000 for a set of tires. So a friend recommended Robbie's Tire as she was familiar with Robbie and thought the world of him. He used to be the manager at Jimmy's ties by Lowe's. I called and he was able to install a set of Nexen Roadian tires and in stock for my SUV which is not a common size. I went online to research and reviews were favorable for the brand and model. This was 9 months ago so I just stopped by for a rotation and was out in 15 minutes! I'm very pleased with the tires and service hence the 5 star rating . Tires have done well on long trips to San Francisco twice and some minor poor roads and everything in between. read more

The owner of this place likes to brag about how he opened the shop after Jimmy's Tires closed and claims he ran Jimmy's Tires. Obviously he did not. Jimmy's had high standards and decent service. Jimmy's would actually have a conversation. They would ask my name. find my record in the system and let me know if they had my tire in stock. If they didn't they would order it. Twice now I've tried to have that conversation and then been shouted over while mid-sentence: IT''s FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!! Twice now I've tried to talk to him about coming in and all he does is shout over me. He is incredibly rude and maybe business is running swell for him right now, but eventually, his horrible service standards are going to give his competitors a HUGE advantage and people are going to realize they don't have to be treated that way. (And I don't appreciate him telling people he "ran" Jimmy's. If he did anything he ran it into the ground.). Jimmy's Tires was NOT run this way. read more

I got a flat tire and Robbie was so helpful through the process of getting a new tire, he even checked to make sure I actually needed to have my tire replaced or if it was something that could be fixed. He was very considerate of trying to keep cost low for me. I called many places in the area and his quote was very reasonable as the other places in the area I called either gave me an over priced quote or refused to give me a quote unless I took my car in. Witch was high..however .reasonable due to my my circumstances ..however .when I went to pay..it was a hundred dollar's more..this man is a crook and he's committing fraud..I have video footage corroborating my claims... Please watch out for this man.. When I asked what were the extra fee's .. He tried to not sale me the tire... Robbie's tires is filling the void where Jimmy's tires have left the community. I needed a small patch on a brand new tire that got a small nail in it and I was able to get right in away and waited maybe 20 minutes or so in the lobby. The process was efficient and well done and reasonably priced I think it was around 25 bucks. I'll definitely be back if I need new tires, rotation or other service. I know I've posted before about this amazing business...last time it was to find & patch a hole. Today I needed 4 new tires. I called around as these are bigger 255 size tires. Costco quoted more $ and had a 5-7 days wait to get them in. Robbie, said "I can have them here by 2:30 today." I even went with the higher end quality Michelin (still cheaper than Costco). That's not the kicker... the kicker is I drove up at 2:50, by 3:30 all four NEW tires were mounted and balanced. Robbie himself was out there working, taking off and putting on the new tires!
