Mozie quickly put me at ease, looked at the damage and evaluated my other tires to see if any others were at risk. He offered me several options to choose from based on what was currently on my car and the amount I drive. He was kind enough to clear all the alerts from the vehicle as well that came on as my tire had shredded to the rim. It's been a few days since the replacement and I have not had any issues with my car since.
