I truly hope no one else has to go through the same painful and distressing experience I endured here. On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, I had my first haircut appointment here with Sabrina. It was one of the worst haircuts of my life. Without taking the time to understand the look I wanted, and before ensuring we were aligned, she carelessly cut off over 12 inches of my hair, length that took me three years to grow. She can't understand what I requested. I wanted a soft U shape on the back where the shortest point is less than 5 inches above the back length. But she somehow decided to cut extremely short layers, the shortest pieces are more than 12 inches above the back. She did issue the refund after I requested it, but then she retaliated by revoking the corrective haircut referrals she had given me for other salons prior to my refund request. Don't get haircuts with Sabrina or at this salon, Sabrina doesn't have the ability to understand your needs, she also insists her ideas of how your hair should look regardless of your preference. David and Lily (as the owners) also behave the same, it's honestly risky to get your haircuts here, because you can lose years of hair growth just because of their self-centered approach. After I posted a 3 star Google review, David publicly responded by offering a comp haircut to make things right. I reached out to accept. Over a week of back-and-forth emailing, I invested significant time providing detailed, annotated photos. My goal wasn't to assign blame, but to ensure we were aligned so the same issues wouldn't happen again. Instead of being receptive, David completely refused to acknowledge the specific issues I pointed out or validate my perspective. Later, Lily even doubled down, defensively insisting there was nothing wrong with the haircut and expressed I'm the problem. They would not allow me to redeem the comp haircut offer, they came up with all kinds of unreasonable excuses to not honor their offer, like I have to commit to more hair to be cut, a trim is not allowed, and I will not be allowed to decide how much hair can be cut. Clearly, David's offering the comp appointment is a complete publicity tactic to save their public image. There's never any real intention to do things right, to fix my haircut. They never showed any understanding, the whole conversation was about defending Sabrina and how great she is, and how there's nothing wrong with the haircut, and I'm the problem. My recommendation is, DO NOT ever step into this establishment, you likely will end up losing years worth of hair growth, by these individuals' careless acts. Then you'll end up having to regrow your hair for years just to recover, hair grows slowly, don't give your trust to people with no taste or respect.

I really loved Stevie. She was so kind and fun to talk to. She made getting my hair colored, fun. After my color, I had a haircut with Lacey. Even as she was working, cutting off about 5 inches, I knew I was going to love it. By the time she was done, I was in love with my hair again. I got long layers and am so happy about it. What I appreciated the most is that Lacey was diligent about asking how I live. Knowing that I exercise daily, she made sure I would be able to put my hair in a pony tail.
