When I went in for the appointment we discussed the highlights and she went to mix the color. I thought that was what was going to happen. Instead of highlights, Riley painted on full red color on my hair. I asked her about the highlights and she said it was and if I didn't like it I could make a follow up appt. I hated it. It was Ronald McDonald clown red and I had an event to go to the next night. She walked me to the counter as if it wasn't a big deal and assured me she could add highlights at another appointment. Long story shorter the salon manager returned my call the next day and had a plan for me to return to see Lindsay. Lindsay gets five stars for professionalism. She is sweet and talented and attempted to fix my hair. Disappointed I had such poor communication because three people there all also believed I was there for highlights.

Although the product looked good and was only marginally more expensive than what I was accustomed to paying, I wanted to visit other hair replacement services before making a decision. Several weeks later, I made a second appointment with Arnoldo and decided to go ahead. I was pleased that during the time between my first and second appointments - unlike the other firms - Arnoldo did NOT repeatedly email me, text me, call me or try in any way to pressure me into buying. At my second appointment, I placed an order for a hair replacement system that was very different from my usual style. To put this in perspective, I had had the same style since 1983 and thought it was time to try something different. However, once it was on me, I saw my mistake. So, after trying it for a few weeks, I returned to Hansen to tell Arnoldo I was not comfortable with what I had ordered. I wanted to go back to something similar to my usual style. Arnoldo immediately agreed to place a new order, without any mention of payment. When I asked about the cost, he said, "There's no charge. We want you to be happy and we want a long relationship with you." Finally, while the cyberhair product is not inexpensive, for me the cost is easily justified by the high quality, ease-of-care and great appearance of the product.
