The quality of work on my truck was outstanding. I am extremely picky, and I couldn't find a single blemish--everything was done right. On top of that, the truck was fully detailed inside and out, which really impressed me. I have dents where I never did before, and the paint is so thin that the primer is visible through the new paint. There are several spots where the car isn't even painted at all. As a matter of fact the insurance company came and took the vehicle away without A&B doing an inspection. Al told me, after I brought in the paperwork showing the vehicle was towed to A&B. He told me that they didn't do an inspection just towed and stored the vehical. Major problem ! ! ! A&B did do a complete body assessment and totalled out the car. And turned it into the insurance for me to pay $ 12,000. There was no reason for him to lie to me, I was just looking for damage report showing why it was $12,000. Knowing that my car had little to no damage. I went back and forth with the insurance company and A&B about the damage. The insurance is a national company and A & B is a local shop, I expressed that how could he mislead me. I have seen you in the community. I have concerns of this shop totalling out vehicles and scamming the insurance companies and the local community for their hard earned money. Tried to get a tire patch but unfortunately the tires condition was too bad. They had a tire for me and set me up.
