On a spontaneous decision, I decided to go on a 2 hr. bike ride. I found this establishment on the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The equipment was rather dated but the bike they fitted me for was just fine. The manager and staff was very attentive, kind and very appreciative of my business. I got 16 miles in during my allotted time. They also offered me a few bottle of water at the beginning and end of my ride. Very fair rates also. So if you don't mind riding a dependable, well broken in bike that have fantastic business skills this is the place for you. read more

I have been renting bikes from this place for years.I have taken my 3 young men. I've taken groups of friends and coworkers. Who continued to go there because of me. Always had amazing service when Skip was there, and always gave me a discount because I was loyal and brought him a lot of business. However just recently I had a bad experience and the way it was handled by new owners left a really bad taste in my mouth. It was my Birthday weekend. I took a few friends there like I always do. We were overcharged,but I didn't complain. One of the bikes had a flat tire. We were over by the pier,and I called them to assist with picking up the bike. The manager/owner told me they had no way to pick up the bike. It was 100 degrees outside,and they didn't give a damn about the fact the tire was flat. I had to ride back and leave my friend to cone back and put the bike in my trunk. When we arrived he didn't even acknowledge me. He didn't offer a refund for the inconvenience, and he sent someone I had Never dealt with to give me my ID. I was so disappointed and embarrassed that my friend had to sit and wait for me,because they wouldn't offer any assistance. I will never rent from them again,because he never even offered an apology! I had issues with their bikes in the past but ignored it. That day it was too much. So I took down my previous review. I will also warn all my friends and coworkers never to rent from this place again. They're not good to loyal customers!! read more

No customer service! Workers are rude and arrogant. Bikes are not sanitized or maintained.

Very unprofessional. Walked in to rent bikes and the worker was talking to a friend. Didn't even acknowledge us or tell us they'll be with us in a moment. They say they close at 10pm but because "they're slow", stated we can only rent for 2 hours (until 7). I guess they're going to be even slower with that business approach. These guys were super! We got 2 limo surreys for the family of 9 (my mom, who is 80 sat in the middle seat--no pedaling!). We had a blast riding up and down the boardwalk at around sunset. It was busy out there and the bike needed to perform as we expected it to in order to avoid hitting people crossing from the beach/any accidents...AND...it did! I enjoyed the bike that I rented here for an hour, after which both tires went flat. We ended up walking a 3 mile stretch of the beach to get back to the shop. Not only was the employee there rude and unwilling to listen to my complaint, he accused me of letting the air out of the tires myself. I hate to be negative. This morning I was walking by and noticed a man storming out of the store screaming at two women who just exited the store before him. He was calling them racial slurs and the B word because they did not want to spend money in his store. Another man walking by I actually got into a shouting match with the man. It is disgusting that in 2021 people are still being racially biased because a customer did not want to spend money at their establishment. The bikes are all rusty and he wants to charge you to rent the bike all day. Do not spend your money here. Margaritaville rent bikes and it's only a couple blocks up. read more

Great experience as always. I brought my daughters hike so we only needed to rent two bikes this time. We spent $12 on each bike for 3 hours. I think it uses to be $10 for 3 hours but either way, they are the cheapest on the strip. Never had any issues. A lock is provided on request. This is my go to bike rental shop for years. read more

Don't bother with this place. The first bike the guy gave me, the front brake was completely locked, the wheel wouldn't turn. So he fixed it and I rode away ... only to have to come back again because the rear wheel was now doing the same thing. I tried three more bikes (cheerfully) to try to find one that fit and that was OK to ride -- but the guy basically threw my money back at me and told me he was too busy to deal with it (there was one other person there). He told me the closest place was 15 blocks up the Broadwalk, so walk I did and got a great cruiser that I spent all day on. This place is a joke, they don't maintain any of their bikes and customer service is a joke. read more
