I then made an appointment to spend more time. When I can for the appointment, she was on time and very helpful. She took a lot of time explaining how the topper should be centered with your nose, and gently clipped on, as to not pull out hair unnecessarily. She was gentle and knows her products and inventory. She made suggestions on making the topper more personalized for my face. The only complaint is that they don't have samples in the colors offered. I take that back, they do from the manufacturer that are very difficult to get an idea of what it looks like in the actual hair piece/wig. I will follow up this review once I make a final selection and have it styled. I recommend this place to anyone interested in wigs, toppers, extensions, clip ons, etc. They are very friendly and efficient here. Tip: make an appointment to make the experience successful.

I decided that in 2025 I will be growing my gray hair out, gracefully :) The owner, Keisha, listened to my questions and let me try on different wigs until I found one that was a perfect fit for me. I bought off the rack without any education or tips or tricks other than her telling me that it's human hair so I can treat it as such. After 3 months it started matting under the nape within minutes of putting it on. For $3500 a human hair wig should not look like it's never been washed or combed. When I arrived…read moreat the time scheduled, there were two other patrons in stylist chairs and another one waiting. The stylist seemed to be moving slowly and I waited nearly 35 minutes to be seen. She asked what I was looking for and I was specific with several styles and four colors that I was interested in. She lacked knowledge with the merchandise and was confused with what I was wanting to see. I had to show pictures and color numbers and she was very slow figuring it out. The brand is a major one and when I made the appointment, I was told they have many options. (The person I spoke with to make the appointment wasn't there) Finally she found one of the styles in one color. She didn't center it on my forehead and forced the clips tight on the back of my scalp. I wanted to see a few other colors and she finally found a couple in two other styles. I asked about a similar style in a longer length with the brand I was looking at and was told there wasn't one. There is a longer version as I've seen it on the wig brand website. Though the stylist was very nice, she was not helpful. I was there nearly an hour after being seen (35 min wait) end didn't get a lot accomplished. There were several people coming in for other services during my appointment, which slowed things more. Maybe there should've been someone else there to help to pick up the slack and keep appointments timely.
