This is the worse business I dealt with in United States so far. To be more specific: Harut seams to be the owner and from day one he is preaching about how professional he is and how the video company I used, is not professional (blame others to cover his mistakes, is not professional either). After my boss made a few changes in the video itself, I went again with some more files and the master Harut made did not match the video and the audio. Later, I went with a simple external HD, he was able to open it the first time, but the second time he could not. He blamed me that the format was wrong, even though I was able to open it my office in mac and pc!. On top of that, he decided to make some copies assuming the video was fine with me. When I explained that the video was not fine with me at all, (the audio and video did not match), his comment was: "This project is not going anywhere!" So, I left his office to find somebody else. I am pretty sure that in Hollywood, I will be able to find a business that is willing to just work with the client, that is not rude or make me wrong and more important to find someone that is not a jerk. read more

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Their website is horrible, their customer service is non existent, and you should AVOID them at ALL costs! These people are scams, we placed our order with a rush, having the man over the phone "Harout" promise us that it will be ready for pickup a few days after. We go in to only to see our project is not even started with because he had a question about the artwork.. if there was an issue or a question for us, why couldn't they call us? They wait for us to go in only to tell us it is not ready. We had to go to our event without ANY CD's and it was the most embarrassing thing ever. A few buddies of mine have gotten their CD's from this place and they absolutely hate the quality. Their printing quality is a joke.. Your better off using ANY other company but these guys. So, i decided to give this company another try as my regular company was backed up for the holiday season and not surprised that it was yet the worst experience i have ever had! There is no way these people don't buy their reviews! Quality is complete crap and the CDs were useless. Print quality was horrible (completely off), shrink wrap was done poorly, and we had about 10% of our order arrive short.. do yourself a favor and go with any other company but this, i strongly believe its ran out of someones garage or something. read more
