Thank goodness I did because I was able to get 50 CDs in jewel cases with front insert and back tray w/spines, custom art on the cd itself, printed beautifully by next day. CDs sound great too. I picked up in less than 24 hours. I don't know how he did it. But next time I need CDs printed, I will be coming here. Communication was easy, I just called and we talked about my order and sending print+audio files via email was easy too. Don't use this company! They are con-artist who don't deliver quality work. When I got my CDs back I opened one up and it (the actual cd) broke. This happened 3 times in a row. The CDs were thin and visibly flimsy. When I confronted the owner Harout about this, he was very rude and accused me of just ripping it out of the case. In all my years of owning CDs (since the 80's-and I still have thousands) I've never broken a cd. Nor have I ever had a problem with any CDs that me or any of my bands have made (including my major label, Indy, and DIY CDs). Equally as bad (or worse?), when I did pop one into my cars CD player, I instantly noticed it to be several DB to quiet and super compressed. I compared it to the master I had in my car and he literary called me a liar when I tried to show him that they had altered the sound. I gave him wavs, it should be exactly like what I gave him and it certainly wasn't! Then he went on to insult me saying I don't know what I'm talking about, that I'm not a engineer, I told him that in fact am. (I've engineered a Grammy nominated album, so I think I might know something), buts that not the point. Anyway, he was very rude and while he did give me a total refund he tried to get me to pay some kind of fee for his loss, WTF?? I told him absolutely not. Terrible product. Terrible service. If your music is too important to you, DON'T EVEN think about using Hollywood Disc. I hate to give bad reviews but this guy more than deserves it. read more

I had this place recommended by a friend, but after having to re-track some songs, all I remembered of the name was "something Disc". I did a Google search and saw "Easy Disc. Hmm, yeah. That sounds right." Easy Disc took a week and a half, the sleeve art looked like total ass, and the music on the CDs had glitches, and were essentially unusable. After days of talking to their incomprehensible customer service, I drove all the way to Anaheim to get the issue resolved, only to be told they wouldn't refund me. Dejected, I did another search, found Hollywood Disc, and though "no wait, THAT was the one recommend to me!" I got there an hour and a half before they closed... but they still got all the tracks uploaded and all the CDs printed (I still used the shitty looking Easy Disc sleeves, but whatever. They do the job) in less than an hour at half the cost Easy Disc would have reprinted them for, and there are no problems at all. CANNOT RECOMMEND STRONGLY ENOUGH. read more

We had an event one night and had rush ordered from a place that said it had an "office" in LA, but actually just shipped to a mailbox store.
