On the day of the appointment, the technician, Paul, was gracious, kind, and actually arrived before I did. He even told me to take my time getting there. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to show me the old battery, explaining the signs that indicated how old it was and why it had been causing problems. He also discussed options for getting an extra key fob in the future and provided me with pricing information so I could have a backup made when I'm ready. Fast, friendly, and professional service -- I couldn't be happier. Later that same night, I went to dinner with a friend who mentioned needing an extra key fob as well. They were one of five companies who bid to provide me with a replacement key FOB, as well as program it, for my 2022 Toyota Prius. They were professional and responsive to all of my questions, and they helped to put my mind at ease in choosing them for my project. Once I decided to move forward with the project, I was able to schedule it the same day, and they even came to my job. Shout out to Paul the technician who came to do my project. He was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and a job that was initially quoted as requiring 30 minutes only took 15 to complete. I choose Keymaster LA, not only because of their customer service but because their price for: -an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement key FOB -programming -1 year warranty was much cheaper than the dealer wanted to charge. Last but certainly not least shout out to Keymasters LA because not only do they take credit cards but they also do tap and pay. This is the worse business I dealt with in United States so far. To be more specific: Harut seams to be the owner and from day one he is preaching about how professional he is and how the video company I used, is not professional (blame others to cover his mistakes, is not professional either). After my boss made a few changes in the video itself, I went again with some more files and the master Harut made did not match the video and the audio. Later, I went with a simple external HD, he was able to open it the first time, but the second time he could not. He blamed me that the format was wrong, even though I was able to open it my office in mac and pc!. On top of that, he decided to make some copies assuming the video was fine with me. When I explained that the video was not fine with me at all, (the audio and video did not match), his comment was: "This project is not going anywhere!" So, I left his office to find somebody else. I am pretty sure that in Hollywood, I will be able to find a business that is willing to just work with the client, that is not rude or make me wrong and more important to find someone that is not a jerk. read more

Avoid this company at all costs!!!! Their website is horrible, their customer service is non existent, and you should AVOID them at ALL costs! These people are scams, we placed our order with a rush, having the man over the phone "Harout" promise us that it will be ready for pickup a few days after. We go in to only to see our project is not even started with because he had a question about the artwork.. if there was an issue or a question for us, why couldn't they call us? They wait for us to go in only to tell us it is not ready. We had to go to our event without ANY CD's and it was the most embarrassing thing ever. A few buddies of mine have gotten their CD's from this place and they absolutely hate the quality. Their printing quality is a joke.. Your better off using ANY other company but these guys. So, i decided to give this company another try as my regular company was backed up for the holiday season and not surprised that it was yet the worst experience i have ever had! There is no way these people don't buy their reviews! Quality is complete crap and the CDs were useless. Print quality was horrible (completely off), shrink wrap was done poorly, and we had about 10% of our order arrive short.. do yourself a favor and go with any other company but this, i strongly believe its ran out of someones garage or something. read more

I called Groove House at the recommendation of a friend of mine, who owns a recording studio in Hollywood. As far as he was concerned, there was no alternative than to use Groove House and I now understand why. The people at Groove House really understand what it means to create something - they understand that your album is your precious baby. And they treat it and you, accordingly. In a day and age where customer service falls terribly behind what it used to, when you experience good customer service you sigh with relief. When you experience GREAT customer service, you're shocked and so ecstatic and appreciative that you feel the need to spread the word. I actually became a member of YELP today (for the first time) for the express reason of gushing about my experience with Groove House. And no, I'm not one of their employees faking that I am a customer. I am a customer - and a very happy one at that. Let me tell a little about my experience: The phone gets picked up right away -Judy, the main customer service person there, knows every little bit of info about the company, what it offers, and additionally, things of a perhaps more complex and "legal business" nature (i.e licensing, forms) that other companies would insist you figure out for yourself. She gets how it all works and will give you all the info and guidance that she thinks you'll need to make smart decisions for your album/product. She'll tell you about the quality of the materials and presses they use. She'll talk to you like a friend that she's looking out for. She's down-to-earth, smart and knowledgable and just, well, perhaps one of the best service people I've experienced. She has been in touch with myself and my graphic artist at every step of pre-production. The team is very interconnected and communicates constantly with eachother so it's not unusual for each person to have an idea about where in the process the company is with the individual artist. This is one hell of a pro business - I've felt at most times like their only customer (even though they do get busy) they've made me feel so special and important to them. I have no doubt that the end product will be beautiful but it's the pre-production stuff where I feel I've already gotten my value and then some. Do yourself a favor - if you have a CD that's coming out and you wish to explore a company that will rock your world and give you the most bang for your buck, call Groove House and just talk to Judy - that alone should make you feel like your baby will be pampered and doted on from the get-go all the way through the process. They offer various packages for CD duplication and other marketing tools such as posters, postcards, release sheets, stickers etc.

If you need CDs - and you need them fast, look no further. I not only got my order (all the way…read moreacross the country) on time but I had messed up on one of the images and they contacted me immediately to address it as they knew I was in a rush. Bryan and Ginger both were super nice, very professional and paid great attention to detail (obviously, better than I did, lol). This was a short run, in a hurry and when I need more, I will DEFINITELY come back here. My CDs looked great, sounded great and I just wish I could give them more stars.

Needed a rush print + lamination job done and A-Express delivered!…read more Rojeh provided me with a highly competitive quote and did a fantastic job, all with a smile might I add :) It means a lot that he went above and beyond to fill the order with such a tight turnaround. Typically when looking for something that is fast, of quality AND affordable, you have to sacrifice one of those parameters. This was not the case at A-Express. I will certainly be back for any future needs! TIP: ample free parking available on site, but it's a little tricky to find the entrance as its right at the weird intersection of Victory & Burbank.
