There's a Starbucks nearby too if you have time to grab something. Depending on when you go, there's usually plenty of parking. The platform does require going up a lot of stairs so be prepared for that little jog. There is an old elevator that you could use but I can't guarantee if it always works or isn't dirty. Platform signs and announcements are clear and easy to understand. And from there you just hop on your correct train, show the conductor your ticket and enjoy the ride!

I didn't use the station for transportation but I did check out the railroad park and found that the rail fan action to be super awesome and nonstop. The place is super welcoming for rail fans and accommodating with no employee hassles which was cool, because I get hassled a lot by rail employees. The whole area is a rail fans paradise with lots of public access to so much action which was just awesome for my visit. This is the station for rail fans that want non stop action that will not let you down, two thumbs up here.

I could tell you this is because of the Fulton Market area, but I believe such places ought to be judged by their own merits, rather than the area where they find themselves. Morgan is a modern station. While not a work of art, per se, the tasteful use of stainless steel with some design elements gives it a more pleasant look than the old, worn, vanilla found in other 'L' stations. (Let's put aside for now those with old charm.) Morgan is also clean, well-lit, easy to navigate, fully accessible, and wider than average. These features aren't necessarily rare, but a station is better when they're present. Ample signage, too! Finally, seating here is limited, but this is typical of almost all stations, and while I think I know the reasons, this is not the forum to discuss them. Thus, Morgan earns a spot among the better of CTA stations, with standouts being its modern design, cleanliness, and accessibility.

New, modern L Station on the CTA green/pink lines! This…read morestation is only a few stops off of the loop, but it's pretty new! Everything still shines, the steel and concrete still look fresh, and it just looks like it hasn't been around for centuries, like some of the other Chicago Transit Authority stops. There's even some wonderful public art that this station overlooks, with some cool murals that the community has put up. It's a beautiful stop that overlooks some fun shops, great restaurants, and things to do in the area. The stop also affords a great view of the city! If you need to get to somewhere in this neighborhood, I suggest you make this a way to get there! The station is handicapped accessible, and makes for easy travel in and out with a swift elevator that smelled of Pine-sol. It's a great way to get to the Fulton Market area.

CTA has an L station in Garfield Park on Central Park Drive. It makes one wonder why the street is…read morenamed that, and where is Central Park at for crying out loud. Well I'll tell you about it in a little history lesson. Before it was Garfield Park, it was called Central Park, because it was designed to be a major attraction. The park was renamed after President James Garfield was assassinated, but the name of the street wasn't changed, so this is way. As for the actual station, it's simple and there's fast access to the Conservatory. It serves the Green Line. The station is along Lake Street. Find this at the north side of the park, which is where most visitors go. The Conservatory is just north from here. It's usually safe at this station, with it being in the park and pretty much just used by visitors to the park and its attractions. The other stations around here are even kind of scary. As for this one, it seems there's pretty good security around here. There's noticeably almost never any homeless for the most part. Getting to the Conservatory and park is a breeze from here. It's just there may be kind of a long ride. This is far out west of The Loop, and there's not as many trains.

Love it!! This station has so much parking available and isn't in a downtown suburb so it is always so easy to get to and park at. There are so many parking lots that it is overwhelming to Map at first but once you are there it is super easy! My only negative with this station or just metra is my train came 8 minutes early and it didn't stay at the station until the scheduled time. Wtf?

The station is probably one of the nicest ones on the south side outside Beverly. Generally, the…read moresouth side is neglected by the city, but since the Pullman stop here is across from Pullman National Monument, they'll be sure to keep it up. It's a small Metra station that serves the Metra Electric line, which means it's one of those few that goes to Millennium Station, not Ogilvie or Union. The 111th Street Station is located in Zone C for Metra fare purposes. It's one of the least busy in the entire Metra system--apparently there are fewer than 50 people boarding here on average each day. Given its infrequent use, there aren't any services here; you won't find an agent, but on the other hand that means that if you have to buy your ticket on the train you won't pay a surcharge for buying it from the conductor. Parking isn't available for this station but there are CTA bus connections. Most unfortunately, this station is not at all accessible. There's 30+ steps to the platform, but you won't find an elevator here, I'm afraid, so if you need one you'd be better served by finding another station to use.

The 125 Bus is convenient for getting from Streeterville / River North to the NW corner of the Loop…read moreand train stations. I use it everyday. It's express in that it doesn't make many stops and provides a quick jaunt. Just make sure you can get off where you want to or else you're along for the ride.

I take this bus almost every day. When it actually stops that is. It's a decent bus and I've…read morenever seen any homeless or sketchy people on it. Lots of young professionals using it in the mornings. This bus has not stopped at a scheduled stop twice now that I've experienced. On Canal & Lake my mother and I were waiting for it and it just flew right by. We triple checked that it was scheduled and we were at the right stop! That really sucked. The second time I was leaving Michigan Ave and planned getting on the last scheduled 125 departure from a certain stop. A different bus was leaving the stop but I guess it was still in the way of 125 stopping so it just went by. The guy next to me said, did that really just happen? We were both shocked considering it was dark out and that was supposedly the last one. I was hoping that another would come along but it didn't. I ended up calling a cab home, which again really sucked since I had been waiting a good 20 minutes in all for that to just happen.
