Kathy is the owner and is very nice and friendly along with everyone else. They do an amazing job, they have a wide selection of gel colors. This shop literally does everything, eyebrows, nails,wax, lashes etc. You can leave this place feeling like a million bucks. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places I've been to I've payed $20-25 for a Shellac Manicure here. All the girls do a great job but if you like the owner Kathy you must call and schedule an appointment as she is very busy. Usually you can call the day before and be able to get in with her. Parking is available on the street just be careful because it's on a very busy street. I am grateful for this shop, they really take their time with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the work. They take your comments nicely and fix whatever is needed. Got shellac done today. All tools were new and sterile in packaging. She took the time to get all my dried cuticles, filed my nails to shape and also buff them. Most places don't do this anymore, most places want you in and out as fast as the can. They took the time to apply my shellac polish also no rush. Very friendly ladies even though there is only two of them working they take the time to give you great service and they aren't rude talking in there own language as much as other salons. After my shellac was done one of the ladies took the time to massage my hands/arms with aloe vera lotion. read more

I started coming here a long time ago, and over time they kept getting worse. I went for a color change and ended up with a fill and color change, because the lady apparently didn't know that putting acetone to remove gel would also dissolve the acrylic nail. Then she's filling them in not even caring where the powder went ( all over my cuticles and skin) . They were all kinds of shape and size, and didn't even really bother to shape them evenly , even though I asked her to do it a couple of times. Then it was time to paint them and let me just say it was so messy I felt like just walking out but I didn't want to waste more time having to go to another place so I sucked it up and just let her finish. So this was my second time here. My original nail lady was out of town, and I had come here before and they did a goo job! So I called in for an appt, got a fill and a pedi. My pedi went great, it took almost an hour though. I did think that was a little long but I didn't think much of it. Then my fill started, and I can't remember her by name but she kept shaving my nail so close it was burning me! She did it about 5 times and then I really thought like shoot should I ask for somebody else, I'm not sure if she knows what she's doing. Anyways she apologizes, keeps going. Proceeds to hurt me again! I was like omg at this point I'm scared of her making me bleed or something. Well I let her finish, it's been an hour and she finally finishes up with my nails and I thought they looked alright, not something I was in love with but hey they'll do. I walk out to my car and it's possibly the worst nail job I've ever had done! I seriously wouldn't recommend this place. Super unprofessional. And then I ask to have it fixed, she says come in at 6:30 the following day. I came in at 6:25 and it is now 7:15 and she hasn't said anything else to me. If I could give half a star, or even a fourth of a star, I would. This place doesn't even deserve a star. I stopped in this place because the place I usually go to was way busy. There were barely any customers, so I thought this place would be ok to go it. ( Little did I know then) My first intention was to just get an acrylic fill. Then I saw that they offered eyebrow waxing. So I did that too. The person who did my eyebrows also got some of the wax on my eye lashes. It was a complete disaster. She was very apologetic. I was fuming inside, but I was nice to her and told her that it was all right. She did a ok job. I could of done a better job myself. I also should of seen the red flag then. I sat down to get my fill. I noticed that the staff consited of three people that day. A man, ( who did nails too and I am guessing that he was the owner) the lady that did my eyebrows, and another lady who was working on my nails. I MUST SAY, THIS PLACE WAS MORE LIKE A TORTURE PLACE THAN A NAIL SALON!!! The lady messed up a lot. She cut me three times! And I told her after the first time I never got cut before, and I have been getting my nails done for years. Then, when she was polishing the arcylic on my nails, with the nail sander thing, my nail started heating up because she was holding my nail too close to the table lamp. At the first sign of heat on my nail, i told her immediately. She just gave me a blank look. Then I took my hand away and dunked my nail into nail polish remover to soothe the heating. I was really upset and asked if someone else can please finish. The man came over and finished the acrylic part. But then he let the same lady finish the polishing, like he was too good to finish. The lady didn't do a very good job in painting my nails. I was so mad! I paid for my eyebrow wax and only half of the fill because I was so angry. I told them that they did a very bad job, had no customer service skill, and that the place looked really dirty. And I walked out. I think the workers were saying something and were mad too, but I didn't care From the time I came in to the time I had my nails done, the three workers were talking in their language. I think it was Vietnamese. And they kept looking at me and they made me feel like they were talking shit. Go in for a quick pedicure, I was then greeted by Lynn. Wanted a French tip pedicure... I kid you not, Lynn had to do my toes 3 Times because she kept either making the polish tooooo thick and it wouldn't dry, lines were COMPLETELY crooked , and overall just so terrible looking. She kept blaming it on the top coat but she obviously didn't know how to do basic French tips. Mind you I paid 26$ (including tip) for REGULAR nail polish French tip pedicure. Only tipped her bcuz my toes were drying but once I got a better look @ them I was appalled. After the third attempt some older women called Lynn stupid saying she's sorry "Lynn stupid..too thick.. she don't know.. come back any time she fix for you if you no like". I ended up just getting all white toes after the second failed attempt at French tip.. Here's what it looked like the second time(attached photo). this place does not even deserve a FUCKING star!!!! 5 MIDDLE FINGERS YES lol To cut the long story short, I asked the main lady to do my manicure knowing she has the highest experience...she just smirks at me and says "no, no. Other lady will do it, she good." My mom says, "but my daughter wants you to do her nails." the lady just kept saying no. WTF is her problem right? I would catch her staring at me so i guess she's hating lol... so this "other" inexperienced lady- not sure what her name is ( she's the darker one) DRILLED & FILED RIGHT THROUGH THE CENTER OF MY THUMB NAIL & CUTS ME 3X with the electric filer!!! then she added another THICK dose of acrylic fill & made my thumb all deformed...she files again & cut me 2 more times!! i was SO HEATED i ended up doing it myself while sitting on the massage chair waiting for my pedicure to dry. She doesn't know what she's doing!!!! so guess what!?!? the fills didn't even last 2 weeks compared to the ones i had that lasted for over 2 months!!! looking at my naked nail, theres a nasty looking big hole on my thumb & is very sensitive. I could see the pink flesh!!!!. NOW everytime i look at my thumb i just wanna go back there & sock her in the face & strangle her to death!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Then my mom asks them 3x if its ok to have facial waxing since she has sensitive skin...they ASSURED her that it's suitable for sensitive skin...next thing i know, my mom started bleeding ALOT & RED ALL OVER above the upper lip area & it looked so bad, it angered her cuz she was seeing a client later that evening....& they denied that my mom even asked them if it was ok to have waxing & they weren't even sorry & just kept arguing back at her...my mom said, "as a business owner myself, not trying to scare you guys, but as a customer, you know what I am capable of doing right?" these bitches just gave a blank stare speaking in Vietnamese...most likely talking shit. In conclusion, VERY unprofessional, heartless, & unfriendly...& they barely speak any ENGLISH..btw i even got into a fight with a bitch ass loyal customer of theirs for butting in our conversation about my mom bleeding....long story short, she had to ask one of the ladies to walk her to her car after I raised hell up in that bitch. lol so much for not keeping your damn mouth shut lol DO YOURSELF A FAVOR & DON'T GO THAT SHIT HOLE!!! peace read more

Not happy at all. Came all the way from San Jose to get a full set and pedicure seeing is that I have new baby and hardly get to come do my nails anymore. Usually Tina has done mine & my moms nails for years. My pedicure was fine, just got a basic pedicure. My issue was after my pedicure I sat while my toes dried & waited to have my set done. However, they took 3 women ahead of me that came after my pedicure was done. Highly irritating & very disappointing. Long story short I will not be coming back. I am updating my review to onle 1 star. My sister keeps coming here I don't know why. The only person who I would let do any work on me is Kathy. I feel very bad because my mom was going to travel and usually she does not ever get pedicures. We came here because my sister likes coming here and my mom wanted somewhere close. When we got there there was already someone getting a pedicure and another lady started working on my mom. Can you believe that my mom got dome 10-15 minutes before the other lady. I saw my mom toes and I asked her if she liked her nails long because I could see that they were not cut. My mom said no that the lady did not even trimmed them. I asked the lady why and she said that if we don't tell her they don't cut. I was baffled I was like "don't you ask"? Usually every salon I go to they always ask if you want your nails shorter. OMG! and my mom had to ask them (I translated) to clean under her nails because apparently she did not do that either. The worst part is that we were complaining and she did not even apologize, nor Kathy who could clearly see that we were not happy. Even an apology would make it 100% better but nope nothing.
