Hello, what is the cost to get gel manicure removed if you got it done elsewhere? Do I need to make an appointment?

How long does the dip nail powder nails last? And whats the price?

I haven't seen this on their menu of services. Unless, it is new and they haven't updated their menu. I would call them and ask.

Since I don't want a gel pedicure I opted for a regular lacquer nail polish. The polish was a bit old & gooey but she added a few drops of nail polish thinner & it worked. My daughter had a gel manicure & she mentioned the color she chose also has that issue. I guess when you have so many options to choose from there are bond to be bottles that don't get regularly used. The experience was pleasant for my pedicure, but I would suggest making an appt.w/the younger male nail specialist for details on your manicure. It seems like he has a keen eye for details. Visiting Lena's Nail was a quick & efficient experience so if you don't have an appt.then walk in's seem welcomed here.

I've seen almost every nail tech there, and no matter who I book with, the quality, attention to detail, and overall experience have always been on point. Today I wanted to give a special shoutout to Sofie, who did my deluxe pedicure. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and made the whole experience super relaxing, especially the foot massage. Also, Michelle deserves a huge thank you for introducing me to buildable gel. After trying both regular gel and dip over the years, I'm officially converted! The finish looks more natural, lighter and feels healthier for my nails. What really sets White Heaven apart is how well they take care of their customers. The staff is always professional, the salon is clean and well-maintained, and they're great at listening to what you want while also making recommendations. I came in for the first time to this location. Looking at my nails I got I think they could've…read morebeen a lot better for what I paid. The shaping of the nails are very un even. Some parts of my nail have no product and they just look over all not nice. I will say that the employees are very kind her but I think the person that helped me out to do my hands could've done a way better job... I did get a pedicure that was pleasant and came out nice which is why I am not leaving a one star review. I am to the point where I'll probably have to get them redone because they are not nice.

Just a heads up on the booking process: the site directs you to request an appointment, but it's not auto-confirmed--Sam has to accept it manually. For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long. The first time I went, my nails were in sad shape and I honestly didn't think they'd bounce back. A month later? I've got legit nails I'm proud to show off. I had an enjoyable, quiet experience ( whenever I wasn't yapping!) and it was refreshing to be able to communicate exactly what I wanted for my nail shape, color, etc. My toes look so pretty!
