First & foremost, there is a consistent lack of professionalism, as it pertains to integrity in pricing & clientele management. At any given point will LIE about schedule availability, employees, repetitively cancel previously booked appointments, not answer the phone & depending on if you are new - they will absolutely charge you a significantly INFLATED PRICE than what's advertised - ask for the print out for your safety. NO CONSISTENCY!! The absolute most untrustworthy & shady experiences that I've endured guised by smiles & false pretenses. Save yourself, your wallet & mental health. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! I had the worst experience at this nail salon. The manager, Jaclyn was condescending and sarcastic. She did nothing to resolve my dissatisfaction of my nails. I left there angry. i asked for natural nails and didn't mind if it was sheer because I don't like color on my nails. I left there with pink nails. Her advice to me was tell the nail tech my dissatisfaction, which I did and he proceeded to tell me he would make them natural. Not the case. read more

So I had a gift card to use, met up with my bestie hoping for a relaxing pedicure. NOT! Of course I had to get the new girl...Annie. She wasn't all to sure what to do so the guy doing my friends pedicure was kinda telling her what to do. When it came time to exfoliate bottom of feet, what ever tool she was using cut me on the outside of my foot. My first thought was...OH NO this isn't going to be good. Annie continued doing my pedicure, which was a poor job. She would start a procedure and then stop and then do another procedure on my other foot. Once it was all done, she put some antiseptic on my cut which burned like heck and then I had to ask for a Band-Aid. So for that whole week, I babied it I put an anabiotic ointment on it, I cleaned it with rubbing alcohol peroxide, and it continued to get infected worse and worse. So bad that I end up having going to my doctor and get put on an anabiotic, Bactrim DS. Needless to say, I will not be back to this place. This pedicure has cost me my doctors visit and my prescription. Was definitely not a relaxing pedicure with fear on my mind. Beware of new nail techs!!!! read more

I made an appointment and arrived a bit early. I still had to wait 30 for them to start on my nails. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, they would just say "just 5 minutes ". They did not respect my time at all!! I also do not like the fact that they wanted me to soak my fingers in acetone to remove the nails. I realize that it helps them turnover clients faster but that doesn't seem to be a safe choice for me? read more

I've been to this location multiple times for manicures and pedicures and have always had a pleasant experience. I went in recently to get a dip manicure. I work in health care and require very short nails for hygiene purposes. I explained this to my manicurist and it was no issue. Because of my request for short nails the manicurist accidentally nicked my skin, which is no issue to me. My finger began bleeding and then to "close" the wound, my manicurist covered the wound with clear nail polish so my blood would not make a mess. Which in itself is bad practice and could easily cause infection. But, then she proceeded to place the brush back in the bottle, which I assume will be used for future customers. I questioned what she was doing and she said she wanted to stop the blood; she did not ask me she could do this before the process. It look like this was not the first time she had done this. I'm very concerned about the possible contamination of blood pathogens and wanted to make the community aware. My nails look great but I cannot in good faith return to this location because of the hygiene concerns. read more

Best salon in the area!! Very clean and customer service is spot on! I've been coming here for 7 years now and I still think it's the best! I have found the VERY best at pedicures!! I have been coming to this salon for approximately 7 years, while they do nice work, I have visited for my last time. As a loyal customer I always make an appointment with a certain nail tech to ensure I get the service I requested. The last SEVERAL times I have had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour and a half past my appointment time. While I know this isn't the end of the world, my time is important too. Especially when the last time it was because they took a walk in 15 minutes before my appointment time. What's the point of making an appointment? Just be aware.. your time and loyalty are not a priority at this salon! read more

1. Charged $5.00 to take the gel polish off my toes of which there was only 1/3 even left from an old pedicure 2. Color selection - terrible. I found not a single gel color I liked but since they'd started, stayed and just got my fingers and toes buffed. 3. They don't do gel overlay on natural nails - the whole purpose of going in 4. Once gel overlay wasn't an option, I wasn't even asked what type of manicure I wanted so was stuck with the $20 basic manicure and I intentionally ally went in for a self care day. 5. The woman who did my nails seemed annoyed and was rushing me when I was having a difficult time finding a color that I liked. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I walked in sat down, the girl at the front didn't even notice me, she was too busy doing who knows what. I got up to get her attention and asked for a pedicure. My phone was showing 6:57 p.m. and their closing hour shows 7:30 p.m., so with an attitude, she says "We are closed". Why would any business owners have such a rude person greeting customers? If they are closing at 7 p.m. they should also change their yelp hours to stop misleading customers, especially when I called earlier to ask what time they closed and I was told 7:30 p.m. Just a horrible way of handling customers. read more

Went to this nail salon about 2 weeks ago & I noticed a dark spot that I could see through the acrylic. I removed the nail to find the fungus pictured below. It should also be noted that prior to this visit I had NOT had my nails done since July 2023. I stopped by the salon simply to make them aware that proper protocol & sanitation procedures are not being followed & 2 of the female workers were so rude to me nearly closing the door on me & telling me to leave. As a first time client I had an amazing experience with Tony (I believe this was his name). He is a newer technician here as well and welcomed me in and introduced himself. Most technicians ignore me or come off as rude and that immediately turns me the other way. I asked for a tapered square shape and got exactly what I wanted. I needed something very "plain" in a sense to look more professional for work. He did exactly that and Inwas really impressed. The salon itself is very nice, clean and welcoming too. I also did my upper lip and the lady who took care of me was very sweet and did a great job too. They offer complimentary drinks as well! Definitely will continue to stop by and get my nails done by him. I am waiting to get a pedi next .... UPDATE: My fill looks great and Tony did a fantastic job. It was a little pricey 48$ for a fill but i'm still satisfied. read more

First time coming here, arrived as an early walk in & immediately got seated. As I sat I did not get a chance to use the massage chair only because the gentleman immediately started to work on my nails not knowing that I wanted to use it nor did he ask. I felt rushed and blamed on only because as the lady doing my toes kept asking me to shift feet up and down the foot tub. He had my nail on a TOWEL that has little treads that sticked and messed up the wet nail and as I'm moving up and down NOT BEING STEADY the nail kept on getting ruined, the gentleman kept on rolling his eyes because he had to do " double the work" not only did he roll his eyes and puffed he didn't even redo the nail JUST PAINTED OVER THE DAMM NAIL ! Obviously not to mention he kept telling me how to position my hand and how not to ruin them.... I was in a chair with minimal movement.... HORRIBLE GEL & to say the toes they are were.... look at pictures judge yourself. julie was very friendly but omg I could of done a better job at this at home and could of saved my $80... not say they still wanted tip ... for what ? A horrible job. Oh and the shape on nails NOT EVEN AT ALL. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OMG I CANT STRESS THIS ! read more

I get my nails done every other week with I would tell you who with but she might get too busy for me no really her name is Lily love her she always does a great job on my nails I always get great compliments on them....Had my first CBD PEDICURE OMG this is a must try. I hardly ever write bad reviews.. however today my experience at this nail salon was absolutely horrible. I've been getting acrylic nails for over 15 years now. NEVER in my life have i had my nails BURN like this. I mean it's been over an hour since i left and the chemical reaction from their cheap monomer is still causing me issues. My nails are crooked, un-even, and the worst design I've seen. Lots of reassurance when i questioned my tech- but not what i asked for. Let's not mention i paid $75 for this. Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS pricing. I will Never be back at this establishment nor suggest anyone else come here and waste your time and money. I'm SO upset. now I'll be driving over an hour to go to Dallas to a salon that knows what they're doing and not over charging customers. read more

I have tried several nail spas in the Heritage Trace area within the last year and Deluxe Nail Spa has consistently been the best. Their customer service is on point! The young lady that works the front desk with the owner gets everyone checked in and seated with a technician so quickly and easily. I've worked with several of the technicians on both my hands and feet and while I do prefer so over others, I can say that I've never had a bad experience with any of them. However, if you're ever given the opportunity to choose your technician, I would HIGHLY recommend Nicole for your manicure. She is extremely thorough. She's done my nails a few times and they always come out looking so natural and flawless. read more

Everyone here was super friendly! Staff is super attentive and nice! Very quick, sharp attention to detail, reasonably priced and I am super satisfied with my nails after having my last nail lady at a different salon absolutely butcher them! I went around 3 pm on a Friday and they were busy but there wasn't a wait time. HGTV was playing on tV, good music playing in the background, I got a full water bottle not one of those little ones you usually see, and they have so many color choices! Omg it was insane! this place is horrible!!!!! Its the worst my fingers were cut up so bad and bleeding still after I left. They made me pay in the middle of my service so i couldnt even see how bad they would be when they were finished or i wouldnt have paid anything at all!! the guy that did my nails put the tips on extremely crooked and when workers walked past he would point it out and they would laugh its not hard to tell when someone is laughing at you. i never ever complain about my nails because theyll never be perfect but this was horrible i didnt even get the manicure i wanted but paid for it and the picture i showed him multiple times apparently didnt matter because my nails arent even close i corrected him multiple times and its almost like he started doing worse all i wanted was pink and white french tips and they couldnt even do that its so simple i will never ever ever go back that place is THE WORST read more

My review is not opinions, purely fact based on the chain of events that took place. Walked in and check in. Told them I wanted a dip manicure. Asked price they said $52. Receptionist said it was extra for nail extensions. I asked how much. Reception quote $5 (which is pretty much the same for the whole area) Waited about 15 min. Not terrible at all. Nail tech was nice. Nail tech asked what I wanted and I told her coffin nails and gave her the color number. Nail tech quotes $57 for the manicure and the tip. I agreed to it. Then she glues the tip and asked again about the shape and it told her coffin. She apologized and said she quoted me wrong and it is $5 to shape so $62. And I said okay. Nail tech made two of my fingers bleed from filing the side. It hurt but didn't get upset. Towards the end of my service she put lotion and massaged the right hand then used a hot towel to wipe off the lotion. Then took that same towel and just wiped off the left hand no massage or lotion. I didn't complain because they seemed very busy and I understand the times. Now, where it goes south.....go to the front to pay, receptionist asks me my name and she gives me a price of $57 . I pay with my card. Then says that was not my ticket and that she voided the charge. I just asked for a void receipt and she couldn't provide one. It was on my bank, but it was pending so i figured there was a chance it would fall off. Then she said my bill was $67. Now I was really confused because I was quoted a lot of prices but never quoted that one. So I asked what the price was for: $52 dip manicure, $5 for coffin, $5 for the nail tip and $5 for long nails. So I asked more because to me long nails is the same as the tip. However it is not...$5 for the nail tip is just paying for the plastic. Then you pay $5 for the dip that goes on the tip. I have NEVER been to a place that did that. So this review is just a fair warning. They do misquote and refuse to honor the price they misquoted you. They told me that I agreed to the services. Yes, I agreed to the services when I was quoted $62. read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place! All staff is incredibly friendly, this place is always packed, so make an appointment or you may have to wait. They do take walk ins. I ask for deluxe pedicure with John, he gives great massages, and dip nails with Alex, he does a beautiful job! I'm kind of picky and both of them are fantastic! I found my home salon! read more

I stopped by this nail salon after doing some grocery shopping at Kroger next door. I was a walk-in the week before Christmas. Linda was the nail technician that I was put with to get dip and tips. I explained what I wanted and she told me her opinion. I am glad I listened because she did an amazing job! Black was the base color and she did a silver glitter ombré on the tips on my nails! It looked incredible. The next time I made an appointment so that I could get Linda again because I know she gets booked up. This time she suggested chrome and it looks amazing! My bigger issue was with the business practices. I was sold on a package during my appointment and was quoted one price (around $156), but by the time I got to the front desk the amount had increased to $192. The pricing structure was confusing and never felt transparent. The constant focus on packages, memberships, products, and "savings" made me feel like I was being sold to rather than simply paying for a service. I later received another charge on my credit card weeks after canceling my future appointment because of the payment structure attached to the package. While the company pointed to terms on its website, I do not feel the ongoing automatic charges were honestly and clearly disclosed when the package was sold to me in person. Good customer service is not about pointing customers to fine print after the fact. It is about being honest, upfront, and transparent before the sale is made. Customers should clearly understand what they are paying, what future charges will occur, and how the billing works before agreeing to anything. I have no issue paying for services. My issue is confusing pricing, constant upselling, and a business model that did not feel customer friendly. Had everything been explained honestly and clearly from the beginning, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I was left feeling misled about the true cost and billing structure.

The end result was still nice and I enjoyed chatting with both manicurists. A perk of this place was a complimentary drink as well (sodas, juices and a selection of alcohol) which was nice. It's eyebrow threading - how can you elevate that activity to the next level? Honestly, I have experienced threading that produced a little tear in my eye - it's almost inevitable since you're getting your hair pulled from the root. Rita works wonders by making the whole process painless. She was so gentle and meticulous at the same time. After the threading, trimming, and plucking, my eyebrows were shaped beautifully. This was a last minute add-on, but Rita was able to remove my nose blackheads with wax. My nose looks awesome!!! I can't believe I've been missing out on this my entire life. No doubt about it - I'm returning soon to get this done again. This may not be as obvious, but Rita also does makeup and hairstyle, including weddings. Simply send her your inspiration so she is prepared ahead of time. In terms of appointments, I initially called, but it is easier just to text her. I highly recommend seeing her.
