I have tried giving this place a try multiple times. After today I will not be going back. I showed the lady what I wanted and she took about half of my brows off, they are extremely thin and completely uneven. Thr picture I showed her did not have thin brows. Even my husband noticed how bad they were. I am just thankful my brows grow fast, I'm still upset for thr horrible job they did. It looks like I stepped out the early 2000s. read more

I've come multiple times and always received great service; however, today there was only one lady working. I think her name in Jiya. She didn't clean my eyebrows up properly and didn't do my upper lip like I requested. It appeared like she was in a rush and she kept roughly moving my head from side to side when switching eyebrows. I went here 3 times my first time was good I had a good experience but the second time I had tried another lady to thread my eyebrows she was very rudely sarcastic she didn't do my eyebrows how I wanted them to I explained to her many times she still decided to leave my eyebrows very thin small so I did have to let them grow out couple months the third time I decided to go she was only available I had no choice I was in a hurry she left me and my moms eyebrows super duper thin she was in my moms face telling her like you them smiling before my mom explained to her she didn't want to trim so much off her eyebrows she still decided too.. read more

I went to this place beginning of the month since I am new to the area and I was disappointed how the Owner treated a Latina client . So I guess when you get there you have to check in on the iPad but there is no sign near the iPad that says check in here like list places . So I myself did not know since I didn't see a sign until a worker told me to sign in . I was getting my brows threaded with the Latina client asked when she was going next since she's been waiting longer than the caucasian client that just got seated . The Caucasian client said she was there but went to Starbucks but I was waiting there for more than 20 mins and I did not see her at all. The Latina client asked when she is next and that she didn't know so a worker asked if someone knew Spanish to translate and she said she didn't know she had to sign in . I told the lady who was helping me that she has been there waiting for awhile and there should be a sign saying we had to sign in because I myself did nkt know we had to as well . The owner and the two workers were speaking there language the workers looked upset . The owner helped the caucasian lady who did not wait instead of helping the Latina client . I found that racist and was not happy that the owner did this . Also the owner should have a sign up saying her clients need to sign in. read more
