Unfortunately a bad experience. This was my first time here and I have been letting my eyebrows grow for about 2 months as I wanted them thicker. They were at a perfect thickness I just needed them cleaned up and shaped, which I let her know. When I got the mirror I was horrified. My eyebrows were super thin and uneven, one brow had no arch and was very straight with the tail missing while the other had a pointy arch and a "fat" tail. Not only that, but she increased the space between my brows so they now begin near the start of my iris instead of the sides of my nose. My eyebrows look comical and I can't even temporarily fix them with makeup for the next 2 months. The reviews seemed great but I truly regret going here. read more

Dina always does me the best! She is such a sweet and talented lady! I took my sister to do her eyebrows with her and we both felt no pain. Dina is very gentle and shapes the eyebrows to perfection. I've only been here for bikini waxing so I can't comment on the eyebrow threading however, their waxing technique is super clean and fast. Their customer service is great-they're always so sweet. I visited this location Sunday, 12/11/2. Sukhu did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows and eyelash extensions. I had initially scheduled my eyelash extension appointment here because the place I usually go to did not have any open appointments. But Sukhu just earned himself a new return customer. Dina is amazing! I've been coming here since they first opened. My eyebrows are micropigmented so I only get them cleaned up with threading. Dina does them perfectly. She's so gentle so it doesn't hurt and she trims them after perfectly too. She's normally always there but they've hired a new girl recently who has been there the last few times I've gone and she's not as good. She rushes and it's really painful when she does them. I hope Dina is there when I go back! read more

While I was on a phone call, she overheard someone say, "I don't like her voice." She then told me to end my call because she no longer felt comfortable servicing me and sent another waxer to complete my service. What made this especially uncomfortable was that the original waxer was white, and I was then reassigned to a Black waxer. I have no issue with the employee who completed my service; my concern is how the situation was handled and how it made me feel singled out and unwelcome. When I asked for the original waxer's name, two employees gave me different names, (Alysssa W. or Ashley) which further raised concerns about the transparency of the situation. I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism regardless of my race, appearance, or voice. I am asking management to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including speaking with the employees involved and reviewing what occurred before, during, and after my service. I also expect management to hold the appropriate employees accountable for their conduct, clarify why I was given conflicting information about the waxer's identity, and take concrete steps to prevent customers from being treated this way in the future. I would appreciate a direct response explaining how this matter was investigated and what corrective action will be taken.

In the past, I traveled from Moreno Valley to Fontana to have my cluster 3-prong eyelashes installed. I searched the internet to find someone closer to Moreno Valley. I reached out to Hollywood Threading & Spa to ask if they installed cluster 3-prong eyelashes and to get their installation price. The quoted price was reasonable and my first appointment was almost one year ago. At the first appointment, I was impressed by the warm welcome, friendliness, and professionalism of everyone--staff and patrons. I must mention Hollywood Threading & Spa decor is awesome not to mention the cleanliness and enjoyable music/videos. Sukhu is the person who installs my eyelashes. He is a very neat perfectionist and seems to love his work. When I wash my face, I do not want to lose corner eyelashes. Sukhu will actually measure equal space near the outside corner of each eye to ensure eyelashes will not get wet. Note, I am not easy to please. After my eyelashes are installed, I love the way they look and they last about 2.5 weeks. I have received so many compliments. A benefit of having Sukhu install your eyelashes is rather than paying for a new set of eyelashes in 2 weeks, you are eligible to get eyelash refills at half price. After getting refills, your next appointment should be for a new install. Hollywood Threading & Spa is a technical-based shop. I used to go to Bollywood on Magnolia and although that place is great, the drive is what kept me from going there as frequently as I would like. I've had cluster lashes many times and never have they been glued on in this manner. I like that they are even but that's about it. The lashes also stick straight out. They don't curve like the shape of a natural lash. There's nothing classic or natural about this set. I texted the same number that scheduled my appointment about my experience and there was no response. But when I texted to schedule an appointment they were prompt.
